It was unfortunately typhoon season and after our arrival from our trip abroad there was difficulty getting a ride due to flooded roads thus I have decided to book a unit at this condotel. Three reasons why I kept on coming back here first-near to the airport, secondly-cleanliness and last-accomodating staff. I will always be back at this condotel whenever there is a need😍🙏🏻 One more thing it is near to restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets to cater all your needs as a traveller🙏🏻

I could say that It was a great stay, and I enjoyed the experience 😊 the ambiance is quite good. It's very affordable for a solo traveller or backpacker like me. I will definitely booked again for my travel. Highly recommended. Value for money, very accessible to any kind of transportation and establishments like restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, malls and supermarkets.

There are some dust here and there, but the location are pretty well.
Was not managed to check in due to the passcode error but the team are really quick in responding and get it resolved. Overall good experience.

2nd night staying here,really loved it. The room (studio) was a bit small but very comfortable. Bed even had a special device for controlling the softness and hardness. Staff were very kind and attentive.
Loads of shopping options too.

it's my second stay in sapphire seaview park. .Room facing Okada. Staff are friendly especially CHE who remembered me and told me there will fireworks at new year eve . Free shuttle bus to two shopping malls.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was really nice – clean, modern, and comfy. But, there were a couple of things that weren't so great. First, we waited an hour outside their receiving area located beside their parking garage to check in! I get that things happen, but an hour is a long time to wait, and considering the weather outside that time was too hot! We badly need our room since we've just arrived from our long flight. They really need to speed up their check-in process. Second, the Lavatory in our room was clogged. That's definitely not ideal, especially when the rest of the room was spotless. It was a bit inconvenient. Even with those two issues, though, we still had a pretty good stay. I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes things better for future guests.

The place or location highly recommended it's near in MRT station and in LRT station... It's also near in araneta coliseum, gateway mall besides the coliseum. Restaurant is in the mall also .

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

RReymart LealI had an awesome stay at The City Flats Circuit Makati. The location is really convenient—just across the VFS visa center and very close to Ayala Malls Circuit, so everything I needed was within walking distance. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and hot shower.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. For the price, I think it’s great value, especially for short stays. The only thing I noticed is that some basic kitchen items weren’t provided, but overall it didn’t affect my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice and affordable spot in Makati.
