Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels. Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only. Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs. Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

We arrived at 2:41 PM and was assisted by their staff. The room looks nice and AC was good, along with the Smart TV and Hairdryer. Though the food is standard, we almost liked the Sinigang na baboy but it werent for the hard to chew meat and veggies, it must have been a perfect meal for us. The room is good but the background noise is noticeable because it was located at a night bar which is situated at the back of the hotel. Overall experience is 5 star. We checked out next day, the same time we checked in 🙏

been here a lot of times, all i can say Is the place is just right for its price. the room Is Big tv is working Airconditioning is Good Wifi is good but disconnects sometimes Amenities are Complete from soap , Shampoo toothpaste , water etc. location is Good there is also a restaurant at ground floor only thing that i hate is - theres no hot shower - no elevator - Been In 3rd and 4th floor rooms and There is always a lot of small Cockroaches

I'm only giving good review because I appreciate the staff and security in the lobby who was such a heaven sent. I had issues with other travellers but they were able to resolve it. If I ever come here again, I'll make sure to get NOT THE SHARED ROOM to avoid another encounter with drunk, noisy and scary Chinese people who traumatized me all night. Kudos to the kuyas in the lobby. Thank you for all the help and understanding. And thank you for the free upgrade as a compensation. If I'll be back, I hope to seeing you guys again.

The room was nice and clean, and the staffs were very accommodating and kind. I just wished they sprayed an air freshener inside the room before letting their guest in. I don't smoke, so somehow it's troubling me.... I can smell the cigarette smell still left in the air inside the room.. but I am so tired from my long hours of travel so I just let it be and sleep. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.

The rooms themselves are large and spacious. It is clean. It was just a bit strange that the duvet was not covered with a sheet. The location itself is good. However, due to the surroundings, music from the surrounding bars can be heard until late in the evening. There is no elevator to the upper floors. There is a good supply of drinking water.
