Bedroom was small but comfortable for solo travelling and with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Very modern and stylish look to the place. Restaurant was closed for dinner service the first night due to staff sickness however the lady behind reception very kindly helped arrange a pizza delivery for myself as I couldn’t face doing the walk down to town a third time that day haha. Breakfast was tasty and included in the stay. Would highly recommend to other travellers. Just beware that if you got the bus into town you may want to taxi it up to the hotel with your suitcases as it’s almost all up hill otherwise.

Loved the traditional feel of the hotel. An old place, which has been updated. I had a pleasant en suite room, very clean, excellent crisp white bedding and towels. A fridge in the corridor and a kettle in the room. Meals are not provided but can be taken at nearby Fjordtell. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for me! Would love to stay there again. Nice sitting under laburnum tree in garden at the end of the day.
