Love the location of the hotel. Staff friendly and have communication skills. I would prefer to have dispenser machine outside the walkway. Every time if I need filter water, I need to go down to the reception and I find it too troublesome. Bedroom slippers too thin and makes it difficult to wear.
Nice and comfortable. Room space is big and comfortable. Check in and check out easily and it's my first experience use machine for check in and check out. It's run smoothly. Everything is okay except 1 thing, there is no lift here 😅😅😅. Will consider to stay here again.
so far not bad. the concept & location are so unique, I like it. but tbh the facility provided unexpectedly a lil bit pricey. you’ll probably provided with free water activities & the are also some free games but come with cash refundable deposit. there are bad network connection, so you better need to prepare with some cash. in terms of room cleanliness, I booked a room with fans only, but I hope tadomhills resort could make sure the fan in clean condition especially the one hang on the low floor of the double decker bed, the dust affects the fan’s speedness. also, I hope tadomhills resort can advise the customers to take care of their behavior when they are in the accommodation area where customers need to respect and understand the presence of other people who also want to rest, do not make noise so as to disturb others. overall, enjoy with the trip.
A Hidden Gem for Nature Lovers and Families
I recently stayed at De Palma Eco-Resort Kuala Selangor and was thoroughly impressed by the peaceful, nature-rich environment it offers. Surrounded by greenery and just a short drive from the famous firefly park and Bukit Melawati, the resort is a perfect getaway for those looking to unwind.
The chalets were clean, comfortable, and had a charming kampung feel — simple yet cosy. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant. I especially appreciated the surau and halal facilities, as the resort caters well to Muslim guests.
The pool area is great for families with kids, and the open green spaces give a real sense of tranquility. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of local dishes. I also love that the resort supports eco-friendly practices.
If you're looking for a place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy Malaysian culture in a rustic setting, De Palma Kuala Selangor is a great choice. I’ll definitely return!

My visit to semenyih is for run program at semenyih eco venture.. The hotel is about 10km from run venue.. Simple room, comfortable, there is convenient store and few restaurants nearby walkable distance.. Room only supplied with shower gel n shampoo.. Aircond and water heater work well..
hotel room was clean tapi ade lipas pulak dan bau sarung bantal macam ade bau something, sabun x wangi ke or x tukar, so x sure. spoil di situ. location seram sikit near industrial area, but very near to the highway exit. malam xde receptionist so pandai2 sendiri lah.

GGuest UserIt’s rare that I give a bad review but this hotel had exceptionally bad service. I messaged the WhatsApp number from their website (that claims 24 hours I believe) about 4 days before my arrival to enquire about airport pick up and was ignored. I chased and was ignored. I called and it was hard to understand and they hung up on me. I emailed and they responded once but not to my follow up. I called them when I arrived at the airport and the transfer was arranged.
On arrival I asked if I could get the shuttle back to the airport and reception said yes. I told them the time etc. I double checked the morning of my flight and they said yes again and then as I am expecting the shuttle to arrive, a different man at the front desk said it needs to be booked? And paid for? But this was not communicated at all. Just awful, unhelpful service.
The hotel itself was fine. Basic but it was as expected. The bathroom wasn’t super clean but it wasn’t bad. Bed was pretty comfy. WiFi didn’t work in my room. Breakfast was nice, self serve. But generally I would not recommend.
AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.
MMonthly TravellerRoom generally good for price paid for. Would be ideal for an electric-kettle & mini-bar to be provided in room. Toilet paper is of poor quality, too thin & easily torn during usage after cleaning up motion.
Also, there was no such drinks self-dispensing-machine at hotel lobby. Picture posted (2nd.pic) need to be updated.
There’s one bad incident. At 9.44am on 19/11/24,it was very noisy. There was drilling & other works going on first floor. Noise made woke us up & was too loud to continue sleeping!

DDesignYourLifeTips❤️Is different from what the picture advertised, but overall is fine. The location is the best, just right opposite of Jia Jia Seafood Restaurant, easy access to everything including food stalls and shops. Although midnight can heard karaoke noise coming from Sea Lion Hotel, and some disco music form a pub just a blocks away, but is still acceptable. No staff station in this building, no wifi. They have water dispenser schone but the water filter seems greeny and aged. Amenities is clean towels, mini soap bar and mini water bottle. Collect key from Sea Lion Hotel they share same receptions.
