The bedding was plush, the lighting ambient, and the bathroom featured premium toiletries alongside a refreshing rain shower. High-speed internet was readily available, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Hotel Aristo’s location is strategically convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions, shopping districts, and fine dining options. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail, always ready to assist with a courteous smile. For those in search of a hotel that combines affordable luxury with attentive service, Hotel Aristo is a commendable choice. I would gladly return and recommend it to discerning travelers seeking both comfort and class.

Capsule hotel minutes away from the Wawasan mall. They even allowed me to check in earlier which was great. We were able to drop our bags and leave to enjoy the day. On the downside, Space Capsule needs to maintain more cleanliness especially the bathroom. Colours play an important role too. Not a bad first time experience on the overall

Overall, it is good value for money. It is less than 10 meters away from my dive shop (cooldivive). The public bathroom is clean and not crowded. There is a place to dry clothes. The room does not have air conditioning but it is not hot. The sound insulation is indeed poor, but the neighbors are civilized. It is a good choice for those who have not booked a dormitory for diving students.

Honest review as recent guest of Promenade service apartment, it's highly recommended! The place was clean and tidy, easy to locate, conveniently close to the city, restaurant and variety of convenient shop. Not to mention their excellent customer service by the receptionist. There was a guy in dark coloured coat (i believe he was the superior) and a receptionist upon checking in, and upon checking out, the female customer service (who i believe are also a superior) attended us. They were very helpful, warm and friendly while delivering service. We are very thankful and satisfied with the service given by the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying there. The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage.

The facilities are old, but it's OK for a short stay. There are a lot of birds outside, so be careful of bird droppings. You can't eat in the room, but you have to eat in the lounge, which requires a deposit of MRY100.

What I love about this hotel: (1) Spacious room (2) Iron and iron board provided in the room (3) Complimentary tooth brush (4) Sofa in the room (5) Clean and bright (6) Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket (more shops across the road) What I am not happy about: (1) Loud noise from the bar/pub from the adjacent building My personal rating: 8/10 for comfort

First time staying at this hotel, mainly because of its prime location in the heart of KK. It’s conveniently attached to Suria Mall, making it easy to find food and do some shopping. The room is compact but sufficient for a solo traveler like me just staying for one night, with all the basic amenities provided. Breakfast could use more variety, but overall, it’s a good choice if you're looking for convenience like close to eateries, shopping spots, and even within walking distance to the jetty for island hopping. The staff were also friendly and attentive, which added to the pleasant experience.

The hotel is good. The facillites also fine but if they provide a telphone and cupboard will more perfect. Got a lot of restaurant around the hotel and the laundry is Just near the hotel. Counter service also helpful. I definitely will Come to stay at this hotel again. Fully recommended.
