Location: strategic near jonker walk, klebang beach, various other facilities such as 7E, Farmasi and many more. Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood. Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel. Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.

Location 5min walking distance to jonker street, restaurants and river. The room is super clean and hotel smell good. The caretaker is so kind and friendly. You won’t find a better deal than this hotel. It's clean and affordable, which is a rare combination.

Not very far from Malacca historic centre. The name of the accommodation is only available around the corner of the building / on the exterior of building. So you may miss it if you look too closely (no name at the staircase entrance). Need to pay 50MYR deposit when check-in (you get a receipt and then when you return the locker keys, you get back the deposit and sign on the receipt). There is an electric boiler in shower room but I could not find the switch to turn it on. I did not bother to find a staff as it was late at night.

Strategic location, its in the city center but not in the busy area. It’s located besides and infront of convent school. Its peaceful. Staff was very attentive & helpful. need to pay rm100 deposit with rm2 melaka tax? Not sure what tax is this lol. Interior is very artsy and modern. Room capacity suits the price i guess. Everything is clean, just the water bidet is leaking. Provided towels, and other amenities like toothbrush sets etc. smart tv functions well. Got coway water dispenser infront our room which is very convenient. Room are not soundproof. Check in only until 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekend i guess. Quite limited parking.

Stay this hotel for several times and mostly if the price is low will considerate. The Small Double Room is really really SMALL(but the bathroom is quite BIG)! The bed is comfortable, cleanliness just average. ▶The water dispenser just provide cold water(warm water not functioning). ▶Limited parking space provided.

The service is excellent (only a couple of minutes to do the registration). The reception staff was also accommodating, he guided me to the room and briefed every facility inside. However, I felt a little bit funny when they gave me a TV remote control, but there was no TV inside the room. But the location is awesome, very convenient and you can walk to every of the attractions places in Malacca Central. On my Check-out day, I asked the reception if I could leave my luggage there from 11 am - 6 pm. Because I still want to walk around the place before my flight at 8 pm. And the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, he allowed it (thanks to him a lot, so I can walk freely without carrying a lot of things with me around the town). No worries, the reception is trustworthy! your things are safe! When I came back for my luggage at 6 pm, the receptionist even asked me if I what to use the bathroom to freshen myself before my flight. How thoughtful he is!
