It is inconvenient that there is no partition in the shower At night, a cat and a rat ran around the 2nd floor and screamed, it was scary to go out, but it was not possible to inform the administrator about this, they answered only in the morning, although a number was indicated for communication after hours. Besides, it's strange - is the hotel really completely unguarded at night, and in case of an emergency, no one will come to the rescue. After cleaning, everything was OK at first, they stopped leaving towels for the second person, and on the last day they didn't leave any water. However, the room itself is beautiful and comfortable. But the textiles with permanent stains and shabby, do not match the room level.

Location and amenities was excellent! Near to pantai chenang and duty free shop building. There is laundry, shell out restaurant and massage right beside to the hotel. Parking was limited but able to get a lot nonetheless. There is a clean vending machine at the entrance of the hotel which sells drinks and snacks making it convenient for the stay. We stayed at the non sea view room but could hear the music during night time but only up till midnight. There is only one lift serving the hotel. The hotel room itself is basic. The main door still use key lock which is not secure if u forget to lock the door. The floor is abit dusty/sandy. The bed linen has stains and hair strands. The stairs to the toilet is redundant and inconvenient. Toilet water pressure is medium. Not too little and too high. Toilet looks old and have yellowish stains embedded to the sink and toilet bowl. Cracks on wall tile in toilet and in the room wall. The only pests is ants tt came out from the wooden crate. Service- receptionists was friendly and answered to our questions well. Housekeeping is excellent they sweep and dust off bed. Overall the stay was ok. If you are looking for basic hotel needs, it is a good hotel to stay in due to its location. this hotel has so much potential to be a great hotel if only the mgmt improve on the cleanliness and condition by renovating on the facilities and condition of the room.

stayed here for a short break before gg to TH. small hotel but sufficient. no lifts, plenty parking space available. no toothbrush and shampoo, only liquid soap provided. our tv didnt work, called the technician and he changed the remote but still no channel detected. we hd to toggle it on our own to find channels, only 2 detected. toilet seat chipped off at the side. stayed in a family room, total of 6 pillows provided. 👍deposit of rm50 in cash. all good, may return.

great location however parking is a bit hassle. cleanliness is so-so. toilet not that properly clean. and towel seems to be very old. room got smoking smell, but the reception boy is very helpful to change our room to a better one 👍 no amenities provided but can buy from a shop nearby the hotel.

1) Located at Kedawang area which is opposite Holiday Villa & next to Aloft, If the Grab driver can't locate the place. 2) The mural on the wall depicts ”Cactus 🌵Inn” If u don't realise where is it after alighting from the Grab. 🤓 Friendly staff. 3) More of a private own premise converted into a comfortable Inn which has a little cafe next to it that serves light menu & plays good old 60s & 70s music that'll reminisce the past. 🎶👍🏻 Of course, the Inn doesn't look like what it has illustrated in the booking platform. More plants & less cleanliness! 4) Room facilities were well equipped wt mineral water, coffee sachet, hairdryer, TV, aircond, fan, shower gel, towels & toilet roll. 🤗 5) A cosy place for the night wt free wifi But Full of insect bugs flying in the bathroom! I killed 10 insect bugs, I guess they flew in from the bathroom window which is situated next to the backyard. Ensure you close your bathroom door to avoid the irritating insect bugs in your room! Otherwise it's a quiet place just for a night. There's another cafe Next to Cactus Inn called ”ARC” that serves Nyonya & Portuguese food! Don't miss the Chicken Pongteh!! 😋👍🏻 Friendly staffs though price can be steep!

The hostel is okay , the bed is comfortable but they don’t provide towels and it’s strictly no shoes inside so that was a bit uncomfortable, showers and toilets are not separate it’s all mixed and roommates can be noisy at odd hours sometimes but other than that the staff is very helpful and other backpackers are very friendly, I made many friends and it was a great time

Parking must be paid for by hotel guests. not borne by the hotel. Quite expensive for long parking time. The towels provided are dirty, have been used by other people. Had to ask for another towel. The door lock from inside the room is broken, just use the card key. TV broadcasts are very limited, there are only 2 channels that work, quite boring. Simple facilities suitable for cheap rates. Sorry, picture is not related to review. Tq
