Fantastic Centro location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, Gino and his staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary cold water, tea, coffee, and cappuccino were awesome. We often began our days enjoying these while sitting in the lobby.

Hotel very well located, 5 blocks from Paseo Montejo and in the historic center. Well one step away from everything. The ideal location for those visiting the City. Bus stop in front of the hotel. It does not have to support the suitcase or hang anything inside the room. Only a minimal wooden bench that is not used to sit****, it is small and very low. It has hot water for bathing and good internet. Very noisy air conditioning. The pool looked somewhat dirty, they did not want to enter. I checked out and they stored my luggage until it was time to leave. To highlight, very good attention from its employees. I recommend it if you are looking for a well-located and cheap hotel just to sleep in Mérida.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. First, though a bit disorganized, the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. After a bit of a search, he assigned me a room almost adjancent to the front desk. Upon seeing the room, I was a bit surprised. The decor was ancient and the room tiny. But as soon as I closed the door, I found I could hear everything from the front desk and lobby. So back to the front desk. The clerk had no problem with my request but seemed to require much research finding a room. Finally, he told me he found a large room with king bed. Only one problem, no hot water. I accepted knowing in Merida the water is almost always warm. A huge room with very high ceiling and very comfortable king bed. TV channel selection very good and strong WIFI . While everything is very dated, the room was well maintained and very clean. Very friendly cleaning staff. I recommend for a quick stay in the center of Merida..
