"Extremely satisfied! 👍 There are many snack options nearby, which is very convenient, and the subway station is also close. I came to see the aespa concert and stayed for a few days. The croissants for breakfast were especially delicious! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient in answering all my questions, even with the language barrier. The room was very clean, making for a worry-free stay. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended! This trip was fantastic! 🇰🇷 We will definitely be back!"

"The parking lot was on the first floor, not the basement, which was convenient. The lobby was clean, and there was a kiosk for check-in and check-out. When I went, there was a lobby attendant who guided me. There was a coffee machine, and I could get additional water from the refrigerator, which was nice. There was a convenience store across the street, so I could buy snacks and even toothbrushes if I forgot. The hallway was quiet, and as the hotel's sign said, there was no cigarette smell, suggesting a non-smoking policy. Entering the room, there was a surprisingly large door, which may have contributed to the reduced noise level. The TV was large, so I could watch it while lying in bed. The bathroom, while lacking a bathtub, was quite large. The bedding was clean and soft. The table and chairs were a bit small and uncomfortable, but I was able to relax in the bed, which was fine. I would stay here again if I have a tight schedule and need to visit the Gwanggyo area again."

"The accommodation was clean and offered good value for money. The 1 PM checkout time allowed for ample time to prepare. While there were no amenities or towels provided, it wasn't inconvenient. Having several chairs available was a plus."

"I booked this hotel because there was a concert in Koyang. The room wasn't large, but it was very clean and convenient. There were also many restaurants nearby, and the access from the airport and to the venue was excellent. The room smelled nice the whole time, and the TV was in a good position. Many hotels have problems with adapter plugs not fitting properly, but I didn't have that problem here, and it was a really comfortable hotel. The staff were also kind, and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much."

"The hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and warm. The towels were clean, too. I especially liked that the bathroom was clean and spacious. It was close to the station and the food street, making it convenient for both going out and getting around. I watched a movie at Lotte Cinema, ate sushi at the food street in front, and had a blast singing at a coin karaoke. There was also a convenience store nearby, so I sent a package. I had a very enjoyable and rewarding time."

A very good accommodation experience. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people.
They even provided a free hair straightener, and many facilities were woman-friendly.
The price was very competitive, and it's not far from Kintex. If I want to participate in Kintex events again, I will consider staying here.
The only downside: there was only one room card for a double room. This might be inconvenient if two people want to travel separately. I suggest improving this.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Hirasawa Station. The Japanese-style hotel rooms are spacious, new, and clean. There are also many restaurants nearby. Hot water and coffee are available in the lobby downstairs.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Location: While it's not in a bustling area like Myeongdong, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs, and the nightlife is vibrant. It's lively yet peaceful, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.
Transportation: Very convenient. The 6014 airport limousine bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's also a 5-6 minute walk to Exit 1 of Cheolsan Station on Subway Line 7.
Room: The hotel boasts a stylish and minimalist design, with its red brick exterior making it easy to spot and find. The rooms are quite spacious, and the toiletries and amenities are very complete. Coffee, chrysanthemum tea, and drinking water are also provided, and the heating works very well.
Service: The front desk staff in the lobby were very nice. After booking the room, the confirmation email response was prompt. When I inquired about check-in and transportation via email, the hotel's response was comprehensive and quick. The only area for improvement is that the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish bottled water, coffee and tea bags, or amenities daily. I hope for a better experience next time.
Value for money: An excellent accommodation choice. The price is fantastic, and there's really no need to stay in overpriced shopping districts like Myeongdong. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located on the 8 Floor of a commercial building. It is just a minute or two away from Juyeop station exit 7. It is also near the airport bus stop for no 3300. The location is very convenient as there is a huge Daiso and GS25 and many other restaurants. You can also walk across to Juyeop park where I was fortunate to see cherry blossoms. The park is popular with old folks exercising and there are cafes, restaurants and shops like Olive Young, Compose Coffee, convenience stores as well as Isaac Toast.
The room we got is spacious and clean. Basic amenities like tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, room slippers, hair dryer and bath robes are provided. The shower is in the same space as the sink and heated/electric toilet bowl. So the floor does get wet but they provide bathroom slippers. Whilst there is no kettle in the room, there is a common area where you can get hot water, coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits. There is a mini fridge in the room. Do note the room does not have windows that can be opened, so there is no sunlight from outside, which is a minus. Service is good & friendly and they use translation app to communicate. The area is not noisy and not busy, which is great as well.

The Korean exhibition was a bit late. It's just a motel with no windows. It's a good place to stay for a few days on business trip. There is no breakfast. I ate instant noodles at the 7-11 downstairs. There are no good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes.
The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
