"The location was fantastic, right near the station! There's a SEIYU supermarket as soon as you get off at Tokorozawa Station, which is very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very polite during check-in, the room was clean, and while there were bath towels and face towels, I think hand towels would have been even better. At breakfast the next day, they kindly showed me how to serve the rice, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal. This is definitely a hotel I'd like to stay at again."

"First of all, the customer service at the reception was very nice and I was glad I made a reservation here.
And the room was also very clean and nice.
The floor was such that children would slip on it if they were wearing socks or slippers, so we had to go barefoot, but it was still beautiful.
It was convenient because it was within walking distance from the station.
There was a big screen and the children were happy. (For some reason, the screen was always purple.)"

"The location near Tokorozawa Station was very convenient. When I made my reservation, I requested a lower bunk, but the young man at the reception desk told me that the lower bunk was fully booked and I would have to stay in an upper bunk. When I replied, ”I requested that when I made the reservation,” an older staff member immediately changed me to a lower bunk after seeing my age (71) on my booking slip. I stayed on a Saturday, but there were actually plenty of vacant rooms, and several lower bunk rooms were still available.
The capsule was much more spacious and comfortable than other places, but I had some drawbacks: I was bothered by noise from the neighboring rooms and the upper bunk, the mattress was thin, which caused some back pain, and the air was very dry, leaving my lips chapped when I woke up in the morning. Relatively speaking, I'd rate it a fourth out of five."

"I used it on a business trip, but I was able to spend it very comfortably. The hall and guest rooms were clean, and the corner 々 was well maintained and I was able to stay comfortably. The bed was comfortable and quiet, so I was able to get rid of my tiredness. The staff were polite and I was able to use it with peace of mind from check-in to check-out. The location was good and there were restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Considering the price, the satisfaction is high, and I would definitely like to use it if I have a chance to come nearby."

"I stayed at the Omiya Pione Land Hotel the night before taking the first Shinkansen train.
The front desk had a wide variety of amenities available, which was convenient as I could freely choose what I needed.
Although the guest rooms don't have automatic locks, they can be securely locked from the inside, so I felt safe during my stay. The rooms were beautifully renovated and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
The staff were all kind, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is close to the entertainment district with many restaurants, so finding food is not a problem.
It's also close to Omiya Station, making it a very convenient hotel for those taking the first Shinkansen train.
I would recommend it for business trips, vacations, and overnight stays before concerts or other events."

"The hotel is clean and new.
For a business hotel,
the breakfast is varied and good.
They even have a coffee machine.
The baths are hot springs,
and the women's bath has a rock sauna, which is relaxing,
but even when I turned up the shower temperature, it wasn't very hot,
and the bathtub wasn't that hot either,
so I felt cold when I got out.
The air conditioning in the building felt a little cold.
There is a sink in the room,
but the restrooms are shared on the floor,
so I guess that's what you get for a cheap hotel.
You can choose your shampoo and body soap at the front desk,
but I wish they'd provided cleansing soap in the bath.
I feel like people's opinions on these points vary greatly."

I stayed here for two nights during my solo trip through rural Japan. The location is great — right near the center of Chichibu and within walking distance from local attractions and the train station.
The check-in process was a bit tricky since there’s no front desk or English signage, but luckily the owner happened to walk by and helped me check in. Otherwise, it might have been hard to figure out.
The room was clean and functional, with shared facilities that were well-maintained. The hostel itself was very quiet — I barely saw any other guests during my stay. I shared a room with one other traveler who mostly kept to himself.
One big plus: there’s a gym right next door, and the hostel gives you two free entries. That was a really nice bonus.
Overall, it’s a simple and peaceful place to stay if you’re looking for something low-key and local in Chichibu. Just be aware that English is not widely spoken, so having Google Translate helps!

Our stay at Hotel Green Core was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! If you are traveling with a family, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Here is why we loved it so much:
- Incredibly Kid-Friendly: Traveling with young kids (a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old) can be challenging, but this hotel made everything so smooth and relaxing for us. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and they really understand how to accommodate families.
-Spotlessly Clean: Cleanliness is always my top priority, and this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms and common areas were perfectly maintained and immaculate, which gave me such peace of mind.
-Flawless Experience: Literally everything was good. The service, the comfort, the attention to detail—it was all just perfect and well thought out.
We had a wonderful time here and it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. A true 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back!

The extension cord had about five outlets, but three of them were not working.
The water tap was broken and leaked when turned, and the amount of water was so small that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower. The water wouldn't stop unless you turned it quite a bit, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of dripping water.
The staff were very nice.

【Five-star recommendation! 】This hotel experience exceeded expectations! The warm and professional service at the front desk makes people feel warm. The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city night view, and the bedding is so soft that it feels like sleeping on the clouds. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the spare parts are selected from high-end brands, with quality in every detail. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked noodle stalls and local snacks are particularly amazing! The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to the subway station and convenient surrounding business districts. Special thanks to the concierge for planning the tour route, making the trip worry-free and efficient. Exquisite souvenirs were also given at check-out. The home-like service is unforgettable and will definitely choose again!

OmusubinIt was about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there was a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. I arrived late at night, but I was able to check in at the front desk. I checked out myself when I left. There is also a large public bath on the top floor. It was open until 11 PM, so I used it from 6 AM the next morning. The breakfast was also delicious.

It was a beautiful hotel close to the station. I asked because there was a guide that I could book a breakfast buffet at check-in. It was a pity that there was no fruit because it was a two-part system, and it was a pity that there was no fruit because it was in the latter half, but I think it is good for 500 yen with rice, bread, salad and side dishes. The room is not so large but clean and you can also use a large communal bath on another floor. (I didn't use it because I personally don't like it, but my husband seems to be satisfied.) I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Cammy0205I think this hotel is run by an elderly couple, and they were lovely. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is quite compact, but it wasn’t a problem for me at all :)
