徐承椿This capsule hotel offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for solo travelers who spend their days exploring and only return to sleep at night. The personal amenities provided are clean and hygienic, and the hotel facilities are fully functional. I would definitely choose this type of hotel again for future solo trips.

Right next to Shin-Imamiya subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff rotate, with two people on duty at a time, including locals, Chinese, Koreans, and Indians. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise. Plus, there's some noise from motorbikes speeding by. I stayed for 3 days, and there was hardly any noise from other guests.

Fatiha MustaffaWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although the space is compact, it felt surprisingly spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed.
The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave, kitchen, and cooking utensils. We especially loved the balcony, as it was perfect for drying our clothes every day.
What impressed us the most was the host's kindness and hospitality. We arrived in Osaka after a long flight, feeling exhausted and sleep-deprived, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. The host kindly accommodated our request at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. Being able to rest before exploring Osaka made a huge difference to our trip.
Thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily stay here again!

Guest UserFirst hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,

Guest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with super convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The lobby is grand and bright, and the rooms have excellent natural light and views. The mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable, a real blessing for anyone who prioritizes good sleep. Not only are the facilities top-notch, but the service is also impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

DexQlfI spent several weeks at 3u Namba. The receptionists were always very pleasant and often helped me keep the same room between reservations. There's a significant dust problem because of the carpet everywhere, leading to dust bunnies all over, so if you have allergies, you should be aware of this. The location is perfect, close to stations, and the showers are generally clean. My only very personal negative point is that I find it a bit disappointing when you've been staying for several weeks and have to check out for just one night because the hotel is full, only to have to wait until 3 pm the next day for check-in. A bit more flexibility for regular guests would be a real plus. The rooms are good, but the view really depends on your luck. Thank you for the stay, and I will return. I recommend it if it's less than €20 per night outside of peak season.

DarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed.
Let’s start with the positive aspects first:
The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy.
Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated.
Now, onto the things that bothered me:
First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant.
During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while.
That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well.
Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic.
Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm.
One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside.
I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

LandoXThe hostel is conveniently located near the metro station. The area outside is a bit like a bar street, but once you step into the hostel, it feels new, modern, clean, and comfortable. There are several common areas on the ground floor and upstairs, which are great for chatting, using your phone, or working. They also have a shared kitchen, washing machine, and dryer.
The dorm room had a bit of a strange smell, but it felt clean. The beds were spacious enough for a comfortable sleep, and each bed had its own private locker.

EztsuI had a great stay at Hotel Lucky in Osaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location was very convenient, with train stations, convenience stores, and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Osaka.

Guest UserStayed in standard twin shared toilet room from 20 - 22 June 2026 2 nights for MYR180 and 14-15 June 2026 1 night for RM57. Highly recommended for solo travellers as the hotel is clean, convenient, walking distance to Shin Imamiya Nankai Line station, Shin Imamiya JR Osaka Loop and Dobutsumae / Tennoji Zoo Metro Station (Interchange for 2 metro lines). Nitori, Donki, many hotels and some eateries are also within walking distance. Shower room is at ground floor and gender-separated. There are 4 shower cells with high privacy and 3 washing basins. Washing machine and drying machine is inside the shower room and you can pay by coin or apps. There is a common area at lobby with toilets, microwave oven, electronic kettle and kitchen basin. No water refill machine is provided, I need to buy water bottle at convenience store nearby. The room is very clean and comfortable, it comes with Wi-fi, air conditioner, smart TV (need to pay for certain programme), small fridge, 2 sockets for charging phone and window. There is toilet at every floor.
After booking, you will receive email to pre register your particulars, upload passport photo and selfie photo. Then you will receive QR code. On arrival, you need to scan the QR code pasted at entrance by typing your name. One set of password will be generated for you to enter the entrance, your room and shower room. Receptionist only work at counter from 9 - 6pm. You can store luggage before check in but cannot store luggage after check out. Check in time is 3pm while check out is 9am.
Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely come back in future.
