"There were empty bottles in the room, and other people's belongings in the cabinet? I couldn't find towels or anything, probably because they were replaced at the last minute. The Chinese owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. It's a guesthouse, not a hotel. There was a shared restroom."

"At the reception, one staff member appeared available but didn’t assist me, while she helped the next guest immediately.
Around checkout time, everyone needs to use the elevator to checkout but the elevator was slow and sometimes occupied by housekeeping staff. I wonder why they cannot wait for just few minutes...h"

However, apart from the microwave, if you want to use the induction hob to cook, you'll need to bring all your own kitchenware as there are no shared items provided. Compared to the previous hostel in Florence, this one is much larger. There's a big supermarket nearby, about a 7-minute walk away, and it's not far from the train station, about 10 minutes. After exiting the train station, if you walk towards the hotel, you'll come across a Chinese supermarket (run by mainland Chinese) that sells a wide variety of goods."

"Even though it was on the main island of Venice, I booked it because it was cheaper than other hotels, and the room was very nice! It was also helpful that the staff showed me to my room when I checked in. ✨
The breakfast was also delicious, so I recommend it!
However, I couldn't figure out where to turn on the light in the bathroom, and the shower area couldn't be locked, so if you're concerned about privacy, you might want to avoid it."

"Comfortable location, from the station waiting 10 min walking. The apartments eat kitchen, plates, dining appliances, only pan, no jar.
The staff was responsive, at the request brought the tug and allowed to leave the things.
There is not enough hanging in the room to hang the top clothes and only 1 chair. But super thing is there is an electric towel dryer, after a rainy day to dry things what is necessary.
Hotel recommends, its price is appropriate"

"Жили в номере 211 SANDWIP с 5 по 7 мая.
Из заявленного на сайте:
1. Не было холодильника в номере. Место для него с фото на сайте было пустым. Но был холодильник в общей кухне.
2. Wi-Fi не доставал до нашей комнаты. Ловило в туалете, в комнате периодически отваливался интернет.
Плюсы: Видно, что номер отремонтирован недавно. Есть ставни для закрытия от света. Поверхность в душе очень приятная визуально и тактильно. Есть окно в ванной. Дали войти в номер раньше времени заселения, поставить багаж.
Минусы: немного плесени над окном в ванной, иногда в ванной появлялся соответствующий запах. При заселении не показали общую кухню и что там в принципе есть, позже нашли её сами. Чуть грязновато на полу (мелкая пыль). На самом деле не двуспальная кровать, а две односпальные вплотную, но это не чувствуется. Шумоизоляция плохая, слышно соседей в общем коридоре и они не стараются быть потише (хорошо, что соседей немного). Не было пододеяльника, вместо него положили обычную простыню. Температура горячей воды периодически сильно варьировалась (днём иногда приходилось выкручивать горячую на полную, чтобы было комфортно мыться), а напор слабоват."

GGuest UserThis is a really lovely little hotel. It's small but perfectly formed, and the reception is just down the road at another hotel. It's the perfect place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially since it's really close to the train station. We were very grateful that they let us in at 1am. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfasts are really good too, especially when you consider the Italian norm of just espresso and croissants.

GGobgobMy stay at Hotel bel sito was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring.
One of the biggest highlights is the location. It is situated in Peschiera del Garda, which is already a beautiful destination, and the hotel is positioned in a way that makes everything incredibly convenient. A Penny Market is just nearby, which made it easy to grab anything I needed quickly. Even better, the Peschiera del Garda railway station is very close, making travel and day trips simple and stress-free.
The hotel is also just a short distance from Lake Garda, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Being able to reach the lake so easily added a lot to the overall experience. Everything I needed—shops, transport, and beautiful scenery—was within easy reach.
Another standout feature was the breakfast. It was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning.
Overall, this hotel offered everything I was looking for: comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserVery good location, 5-10 min walk from bus station, right on the bank of the Grand Canal, easy to get to. We booked private bathroom and the room was pretty decent for a 2 star hotel. The breakfast was varied and the the wifi was reliable.
There were some issues with the electric power, but the staff was helpfull.
All in all, a decent stay for a decent price.

MMikaelsilfFrom the outside, the hostel looks very charming — it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by flowers. Inside, however, it feels like a fairly standard hostel.
The room was extremely hot, and there was only one fan available, which went to whoever claimed it first. The upper bunk had no safety rail, so there is a real risk of falling out during the night. Instead of a proper power outlet by the bed, there was only an extension adapter located below, meaning you have to leave your phone or other valuable devices out of sight while charging.
There is only one toilet per room, and it seemed that most guests were assigned to the same dorm. As a result, there was always a queue for our bathroom while the bathrooms in other rooms remained unused.
Finally, the “breakfast included” option was quite misleading. It consisted of coffee and a couple of dry biscuits. Had I known that this was the breakfast offered, I would have preferred to book a different hostel without breakfast included.
