We had a very nice stay here. The staff and the beautiful common areas are particular strengths. Room: our room on the top floor had a marvelous view of the fort above and the blue city below. The room was spacious, with ample electrical outlets. The bed was large and comfortable. Water pressure and heat in the shower were good, though the water heater needed to be turned on 20 minutes before using. For reasons unclear to me, the sound of a water pump was constantly audible, though I fairly quickly habituated to it. The wall decorations were brightly colored to say the least; some might call them garish, but I rather enjoyed them. Note that the top floor requires walking up four steep staircases. Ambiance: the common areas (a courtyard and an interior common room) are quite lovely. The interior room has an attractive and interesting collection of artefacts. Our room was as soundproofed as could reasonably be expected, but the neighborhood is noisy, with a cacaphonous symphony of singing, scooters and barking dogs audible at all hours. Bring earplugs. Food: note that breakfast is not included, but, as seems to be the case everywhere, the prices were quite reasonable. We ate dinner here twice and the food was tasty. The restaurant is open all day, and Western and Indian options are available. Nearby Blue Street Cafe is probably the best of the three neighborhood restaurants we tried. Location: an easy walk to the fort and to some of the iconic blue houses. The hotel is set back from a busy, chaotic road. Dining options in the immediate area area limited but decent. Staff: this is a definite strength. All the staff, especially Sunil, were unflaggingly cheerful and helpful, and spoke enough English to allow us to be understood.

Really lovely friendly and colourful environment. Felt very at home and welcome and great social spaces to chat to lovely people. Good facilites and great value for money, however the breakfast menu was a bit limited, fruit and porridge would be excellent! 😁 Would highly recommend, thank you gostop ❤️

The hotel service is good, the service staff took the initiative to help me carry my luggage, and the boss is also very good. It is convenient to live in this hotel, the bus station is nearby, and it is super convenient to go to the attractions. This hotel is opposite the train station, and there are some small shops at the door to buy water, fruits, vegetables, etc. It is more convenient. It’s nice to live here👌

I stayed at the hostel for 6 days in total. Not only was it super comfortable, but the vibes were incredibly immaculate, homely, and warm. I felt welcome and like a part of a family. The food was delicious and under the budget, the hostel was hygienic and had all the necessary arrangements. It was such a nice decision to stay at hotel Vacation, the room and bathroom were clean, the staff was always available on call and always ready to help, the location of the hotel was good it's on a main road so commutation was so easy, taxi or cabs were easily available from hotel's entrance gate at very economic prices as all the sight seeing places were nearby.

Don't go with the 5start ratings here. Hotel seems fine in pictures but actually the corridors and rooms are very suffocated and stinky. Staff is not at all courteous. On the second day of our stay we reached breakfast at 10.05am as we were out for some work we went directly to restaurant to have breakfast as we went out at 6am for our official activity at Chambal River. When we returned one of our colleagues also joined us. Although we got almost the leftovers of buffet breakfast and from my plate I offered one idli please mind me only single idli to our colleague just out of a courtesy. To my huge wonder the waiter had produced a Bill of FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST And when we said why you have brought the bill he said ”Sir inhone aapki plate se khaya tha” I said ”Dude that was just a single idli” on that he said ”Haa Sir you have to pay this bill this is our rule” want to ask what kind of foolish behaviour and rule it is??? It's not about the bill it's about how ruthless the people are there. Hospitality means welcoming the guest with full care and respect not humiliating the guest. Management and owners should learn this before running a hotel and also train the staff in the same manner. Won't recommend such a hotel where staff, management and owners are like a bunch of FOOLS
