If you want to see the beach, this hotel is a bit far away. But other than that, the facilities and cleanliness are the best for the price. The room is clean and well organized. The food served in the morning is also very delicious. The hotel boss and staff are very friendly and communicate well. However, the disadvantage is that the service behavior is a little slow. For example, I asked for a fork at meals, but I brought it more than 20 minutes late. Maybe the staff had work and it was so late, but ...

Pros- centre of city, good parking, walkable distance to metro station, decent rooms for 1-2 days stay cons- breakfast not good, no restaurant attached

We booked a double delux non ac room. The stay was comfortable. Room was neat - pleasant odour - mosquito free - clean bathroom. The service manager was kind too. But the biggest letdown was the very very small room size. Room size would be max 75 sqft. Not enough moving space. It was like a closed and compact compartment. Not sure about the size of other rooms. Apart from that, all other aspects were good.

Beautiful Hestay with scenic view just 75m away of sea from cliff. The manager of Aryavilla Mr Mohammad was exceptional wirh his personal touch as far as addressing minor ossues with regard to stay.

An awesome place to stay, a lovely family and great value rooms, clean, spacious and characteristic. Close to central Fort Kochi, all the amenities and sights to see are within walking distance, can also get to any of them for about 30-50 rupees. Nice size wet room, clean and functional. Food in the morning was superb. Thank you very much, we will be coming back!

Resort is situated near south cliff and its 5 mins walk to the beach. Faclities are very basic, breakfast is not that great but staff is very helpful and cooperative. They have an Ayurvedic clinic and massage therapy situated in the hotel premisis which offers good experience.

Actually, when i am searching for a hotel, it takes time because the hotel name board is not there. Secondly, inside the room, no door matter is there. No bulb is there, and most importantly, the door of room is covered with curtain and glass gate, which is not so comfortable.

Hotel Srinivas was located in an excellent central area of cochin. The property management was prompt in service even when called at odd hours. The room was tidy with all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was very spacious. Hot water was readily available. Overall for the price it is an excellent option.

Location is bit far from varkala cliff and due to this they can charge a bit less on dormitory shared rooms. Air condition can be better with good fans , curtains in window were too dirty , reception service is too good , was happy overall and decent and good enough to stay .I like common area and drying cloths area . Food service after order can get bit more faster , now waiting is almost like 40,45min

Very safety and free to stay and good staffs and accomodative well furnished and honest responsive of the hotel management, iam very thankful to all coordinative members

Its a nice quiet secure place perfectly placed at a walking distance to kms hospital if you are going there for visa medicals. Friendly, cooperative staff, kept my luggage safe leaven after my check out, while i was at hospital. Another highlight is - lulu mall is close by.

Very good location, only 5 mins away from the main cliff. Clean rooms, and bathroom was decently maintained. There are not a lot of amenities considering that it's a homestay, so bring those items with you. But basic soap and shampoo was available. A kettle was there ***** with tea bags, etc. Breakfast was fine, for the price we paid. The caretaker jishu was available throughout our stay for any help. Extra bed was not available, but an extra mattress was given upon request. Don't expect an exquisite customer service because there are no trained hotel staff here. Only one caretaker is available for the full property. The main usp has to the proximity to the beach.

Good customer service and couple friendly. Management was enquire all owr comfort and discomfort. Infront of the hotel and restorant nice beach view and other resorts. One suggesion they will please provide room with beach view it will amazing

Good clean room and bathroom. Well behaved staff. Tv channels could not be switched though. Easy to locate.

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs.
