Pros: Once we checked in and assigned our room- third one we were shown, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was decent and good value. Location was good.  Cons: Mgr at reception  first checked us in and then stated Agoda had no record of us! We had booked with Trip.com which he insisted was linked to Agoda. Suggested we cancel the booking and pay him! Eventually after speaking to his supervisor/ Agoda, things were assorted, but no apologies given.  We had booked a large room with city view. The first room we were shown had no outside window. The 2 nd a tiny 2 ft opening high up, small room. Third room better, a bit bigger and more pleasant.  We had to ask for toilet paper and a 2 nd towel. (These were supplied for the 2 nd night and our room cleaned.) No hot water in the morning for shower, two people came to ‚fix‘ and eventually managed to run hot water in the sink , to fill bucket to pour water on ourselves.  The mattress  had no cushioning whatever, and we slept poorly.  Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The outside of the hotel promises more than the inside delivers!

Our stay is very comfortable,very nearer and walkable distance to Gaya Junction Railway station. In Gaya (Bihar state) Holy festival celebrating grandly and found all shops, transport and restaurants were closed completely. But hotel staff and owner is very responsible to care their guests for arranging the basic needs like water bottles, tea and food with less staff managed well. So with less staff shown lot of ambience and arranged the things very well by hotel staff.. 👍

Good for families. Mr. Tinku ji & other staff are very helpful person. Mr. Tinku ji is ready to help at any time and makes sure you are comfortable. The food quality from the restaurant was also very good. There is room service for food also available the biggest advantage is that it is walking distance to mahabodhi temple.

It is a little far from the center of Budagaya. The road is also dark at night. It is new and clean because it has been about two years since it was built for the price range. The train reservation was a little expensive, but he responded urgently and took a ticket.
