Hotel is very good. Staff behaviour and service is good. Room is clean and room services are done regularly. Lift is little bit old but functional. Food is also delicious and i didn't find any problem. The location is far from my place of work as well as airport and may be convenient for others.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Neat and clean. Promptly attend all calls and they try to make the stay comfortable. Basic amenities. Smiling reception and attend promptly. Food is excellent. Grateful to Chef Mr Deepak Negi to accede my request for Moa Machh fry when I requested at about 12 Noon. They collected the Fish and the meal was ready by 1.30 PM. Special thanks to him. Excellent Breakfast with diversity. Example of treating Guest. That is Jorhat. Good Management.

The property had all modern amenities like ac, geyser, refrigerator etc. However, the lighting in the room as well as in the bathroom had some issues. The bathroom had no lights. We informed the caretaker about the same and he told us that he would change the light the next day but he didn't so had to use the bathroom without any light. The young guy in the reception was nice and helpful.
