Located in a quiet small street, despite the proximity of the boulevard, 5 minutes from the chapter, 150 metres from the JEAN-JAURES bus stops,. Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.

Montpellier City Center
The location is excellent. It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us. Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.
Ibis Budget Béziers Centre Palais Congres

The Ibis Budget is well signposted on the main street (San Saens) with access via the entrance on a side street (Rue Racine) to the rear of the Mercure Hotel with whom it shares a bar/reception. We arrived by train and took the very pleasant (but reasonably steep) walk through the park area to the town. On arrival at the hotel it was midday but we were immediately allocated a room. The room was accessed via the elevator. At the time of our visit there were renovations taking place to the carpet and decor in the hallway but this did not cause any problems. The room was as expected for a budget hotel, compact but with all necessary facilities, toilet, shower and hand basin. Clothes storage was available and a desk area with small tv above. There was one English speaking channel (CNBC). Sadly the cooling system did not work at the time of our stay which for ”Brits” meant an uncomfortably warm room to try and get to sleep. At least the windows opened and the location was quite quiet. Whilst I personally wouldnt ”rush back” to the hotel, it was perfectly clean and safe and was a very reasonable price, so overall I would say that we ”got what we paid for”.

We were six cycles that were going on one night. From the telephone contact with the boss to book, the reception and availability jumped to the.. ears. The boss wasn't there and we were welcomed by his sister. The hotel is very friendly and comfortable and the rooms are very friendly and comfortable.

Really looked forward to staying here but was very disappointed overall The pros Location is great , right in the heart of Lourdes so easy walk to sanctuary , shops , restaurants and bus stop. Size of the apartment was also ok ( we booked a family apartment so should of had 2 bedrooms and separate kitchen / sitting area with balcony and a classic apartment which is 1 separate bedroom with kitchen / dining . What we got initially was a studio room ( bed in same room as kitchen with separate bathroom , dining table was touching end of bed and a window ) and a 1 bedroom apartment which had a bunk bed in the kitchen area ( room 406) with a window looking directly into another room. I asked for a change on this room and got room 402, so had 2 single beds in a room with large window and a double couch bed in kitchen area with a balcony that was 2 foot wide but had stunning views so better. What we didn’t expect was the deposit in case of breakages of €100 ( I took room pics of other peoples damage and showed reception immediately) the box of self catering stuff provided , cups , plates ect to be collected from reception and the overall untidy and dirty room conditions. All 3 rooms we were in had the same issues. Coming to Lourdes with vulnerable people I didn’t expect the room to be a possible health hazard due to lack of basic cleaning and having to ask for basics like toilet roll , clean blankets and sheets surprised me. We had an early flight home & reception staff actually came to check our rooms before handing back the deposits that we paid in cash. Pictures don’t lie Home in door was room 406 when we checked in . Rest are of room 402 . The girl who checked us in on Monday , we didn’t see her again , another girl was left to deal with the issues.

Minimes - Barriere de Paris
I stayed here from 14th - 17th January, our eldest daughter was starting Erasmus in a University in Toulouse and this hotel was an ideal base to be near her accommodation and close to the City Center. I have to compliment the man on check in ( sorry I didn't get his name) as he was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and efficient - my daughter's student accommodation wasn't ready on arrival so we had to upgrade to a larger room - and it was no hassle at all. The Hotel was an ideal base to explore beautiful Toulouse. The Rooms were ideal, and the staff were fantastic. Check in and Check out was painless and unfortunately we never got to taste the Breakfast as my girls wouldn't be up for 10.30am - hopefully the next time. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we come to Toulouse.
