Very nice hotel for a few nights. Nice service. Access until late at night. Large parking lot. Clean. Tasty breakfast

I stayed here from 14th - 17th January, our eldest daughter was starting Erasmus in a University in Toulouse and this hotel was an ideal base to be near her accommodation and close to the City Center. I have to compliment the man on check in ( sorry I didn't get his name) as he was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and efficient - my daughter's student accommodation wasn't ready on arrival so we had to upgrade to a larger room - and it was no hassle at all. The Hotel was an ideal base to explore beautiful Toulouse. The Rooms were ideal,and the staff were fantastic. Check in and Check out was painless and unfortunately we never got to taste the Breakfast as my girls wouldn't be up for 10.30am - hopefully the next time. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we come to Toulouse.

Location was perfect as next to the station. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and spoke English. But forget it if you want a good refreshed sleep. Noise from outside and an internal pump that went on every so often all night long. It’s a pity because it’s ideal for quick short stays.

The woman at the check-in showed us on the computer screen a part of a conversation with other customers WITH THEIR PRIVATE DATA in order to “prove” that other customers paid this 150€. In the end, she arbitrarily charged us 80€ (?), which so far has not been returned to our account. This hotel is a joke. AVOID.

This hotel is a 15 minute easy walk, along a quiet road, to the airport. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She explained where we could go for a meal and where we would receive a discount. The room was spotlessly clean. Crisp white sheets and towels. All brilliantly white with no stains or holes. The breakfast was simple but had plenty of choice for a continental style breakfast. This hotel way surpassed our expectations and was excellent value for money.

Estuvimos cómodos. Habitación familiar justa para descansar, pero todo estuvo muy bien. Buen trato del personal... camas cómodas... parking gratuito... calefacción adecuada... limpieza correcta. Buenas comunicaciones: A 10 inutos en coche del centro de Perpignan... y a 15 minutos de Le Barcares. Cerca de zona comercial. Sólo aclarar que no tiene ascensor (o al menos nosotros no lo encontramos).

Estuvimos cómodos. Habitación familiar justa para descansar, pero todo estuvo muy bien. Buen trato del personal... camas cómodas... parking gratuito... calefacción adecuada... limpieza correcta. Buenas comunicaciones: A 10 inutos en coche del centro de Perpignan... y a 15 minutos de Le Barcares. Cerca de zona comercial. As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. I've talked to the attendant that at first showed to be very respectful and calm. After I've given all my bank and billing address details and paid for the first of the two rooms, the attendant asks me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes, when we resumed the conversation, he said the price for the second room had increase $5 and that this was the hotel normal price policy . After arriving at the hotel, I ask at the reception about this price policy fluctuation as they refuted that possibility, since the price change may occur daily, but not anytime of the day (especially since you already started your reservation, since the client cannot have access to the price table). When I received the receipt, first, my billing address is was located in the US and live in the UK, so is my address (although I've giving the attendant all my personal information). The price for the service was not clear ahead and I ended up pay an abusive amount of U$27.76 of U$87.24, while the actual price for the room was only U$59,24. All in all, I felt cheated, the food was not looking fresh and burnt for the price of €41. Besides that, I've tried to contact the hotel and the agency that made the reservation and simply I couldn't get through to any of them. Quite frustrating. No plans to use their service in the future.

I was unfortunately arrived a little early. Check-in started at 14:00, so no problem, I thought. However, the reception opened only at 17Uhr, which I found only looking around on the site. My booking number was not accepted by the machine, so I wanted to call to get in the room yet. However, there was no telephone number at all on the ground. Because of very short receipt times, this is a lack of service. The number given by Trip was answered with ”Number has changed”. That is an unacceptable service for me. The hotel reminds of a Premiere class with outdoor and without lift. The rooms were a little higher and smiling. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the hotel.

We arrived at 3pm, as had been agreed for check in, no one to welcome us but we knew it, why if you don't have any reception staff between 11am and 5pm, do you inform us that check in takes place from 3pm? If we had known, we would have shown up later. However, as soon as we try to open the door following the instructions they provided us via email, the booking code they sent me doesn't work, the door doesn't open and there isn't even a sign explaining that the door opens. The access is not that but a hidden door at the back! To reach it you go around the garden on the land and on the lawn. A kind local lady intervenes and helps us, we call assistance by phone and they explain to us that we have to access from the other side (at the back) the call costs us a good €12 (a theft), we finally go to the other door and we log in, we find the automatic check-in machine but even there, as it happens, the code doesn't work. we call assistance on the intercom (because only there - see the case again - there is an intercom to speak to an operator who immediately gives us another code which this time works. What do you think? For me it's all done artfully to steal the money from the call to the support call center. We honestly felt robbed. No one deigned to help us. Highly not recommended!

It was nice to be close to the station and to be able to arrive in about 10 minutes from the center of the city. The bus stop is also right in front of you. It was nice to be able to receive free luggage storage service at the reception for a while after check-out. The room was very clean, but it was a bit cold. I asked for a room with a canal view and the view was so pretty.

Hotel very close to the motorway restaurant you find any nickel location easy to find quiet place there is that hotels around friendly personal reception quiet cleanness I've spent a super stay nothing to say I recommend this hotel I I'll come back if I can

We arrived late, tired, after terrible journey because of bad weather. Large carpark within the hotel compound. The young couple welcomed us, and we felt better immediately. Because we were travelling with 4 dogs we chose 2 double rooms. The hotel was a new innervation, having been open around a week. It was absolutely spotless. Still that faint odour of new paint, but not offensive. Our rooms were spotless. Comfortable beds with warm duvets, and comfortable pillows. The rooms had functioning heating/air con. All floors were lift serviced, but the stairs were marked 'accept the challenge'. Breakfast was inviting. A charming young hostess offered us choice of fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants (to die for!!!), cheese, ham, bread. The coffee machine offered a wide range of types. The weather had improved and we ate outside with our dogs. The young lady could not do enough for us. Filling your travel mug for the onward journey was encouraged. The big disappointment was I could find absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. Perfection. By far the best Ibis we have stated in.

I stayed in this hotel for 1N whilst travelling in Southern France, The price is reasonable, however it is commensurate with what you receive. The room I had was small, and quite dim even with all three of the lights in the room on. Additionally, I was placed next to the outside stairwell which meant throughout my stay I could hear the thud and echo of people using the stairwell, talking on it etc. I was worried this might prevent me sleeping, but actually it didn't - there was no issue. However, as I say the price was reasonable, so I would recommend using this place if you need a stop over.

Hotel 2 stars ?????? We were with a group and I had asked for a room for two with separate beds , we had a room for 4 with 1 double bed , 1 single bed and a overlapped bed above the double bed , 1 single chair ! 1 1single hook to suspend a toilet box! And fills it with a lavabo located in the room at the side of the double bed !!!!!! no intimacy possible !!! It is not expensive to put a fine cloth to isolate the lavabo !! Room ok for the price. No nuisance. But, there is a distinct smell of sewage in the shower... Hotel located right next to the Cité de l'Espace. Big negative point: the breakfast area is very small. We had to wait before settling in. But when customers think they are alone, speak loudly, it becomes unbearable.... Otherwise the breakfast is OK but one piece of advice is to go there very early in the morning. Hotel only for one night.

La chambre est un peu vieillissante mais l'hôtel est propre, sécurisé en cette période de COVID19 avec un personnel serviable et attentif. Seul bémol pour le restaurant partenaire où le dîner est convenable si le séjour ne dépasse pas 3 nuits car le menu du jour propose à nouveau les alors mêmes choix, Là aussi le personnel est prévenant et attentif et la sécurité COVID en oeuvre,

Todo ha sido perfecto. La habitación muy bien y cómoda y en pleno dentro de Toulouse. Buenos sitios cercanos para comer, café,tapas,de todo Y el trato ha sido perfecto. Muchas gracias y MUY RECOMENDABLE.
