Written originally on 26th April: Carolina checked us in, and answered all of our questions - such a great help and very kind too. We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too. We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

It was already a few times in this hotel. Find it always pleasant there. The price performance ratio is really top! It is clean and the stand is also reached in 3-5 minutes walk. Beer king/megapark in about 10-15 min.

We spent 2 days in this hotel. I really liked the location, city center, right on the embankment. We had a room with a sea view. The beach is nearby, a gorgeous view from the window, we will attach photos. Nice staff, responsive, arrived very late at night. I don’t know whether our message about this reached them or not, but we were met and accommodated. It was already almost 2 am. The only thing I didn’t like and I can’t help but say this. Very, very small shower stall. And also, we asked for a double bed but our request was not fulfilled. Will I come back here? Of course yes!

Florencio Ibiza : With hotels in various cities, Sheraton is known for its comfortable accommodations and welcoming staff. Guests appreciate the friendly and attentive service provided by the hotel's staff members. He arrived a bit late and the stuff from the bar recommended us a great place outside with delicious food.

The hotel is in a quieter, less touristy part of the city. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the centre, but close by there are many bars, restaurants and shops that are cheaper and much less touristy than the main area. The room was very small - it was even difficult to get into the bathroom - but it was very clean. Basic, but cheaper than other hotels closer to the centre.

It's very close to the port and restaurants, its worth the price but a little bit noisy but over all I like it, there's kitchen you can use and dining area to eat. If you're early you can leave your things to the reception and she will accomodate you well. I will recommend this hostal but if you don't like noise much better look for another than sorry.

Only three-in-one foam can be used for bathing and washing hair. The sound insulation is not good and the air conditioner cannot be turned on. Everything else is good. The location is excellent. It is very close to the beach or the meeting point of the travel agency. The counter service is good.

The hotel was very well located to go to the Alcudia Pavilion, our intention. The room was perfect for us. The shower was good but it took a long time to get out of hot water, but for the price we were very frozen, without having to return to Palma by night. Highly recommended! We didn't try breakfast because we went to a local cafeteria.

The location of the hotel is good. The bus station and the beach are just outside the hotel. The room is clean and hygienic, with a balcony. However, the waiting time for the check-in process is too long, and it took an hour and a half to arrange it. It may be due to insufficient personnel. I hope it can be improved
