"Ibis Budget Frankfurt City Ost, located on the east side of Frankfurt, was a simple, clean, and business-oriented hotel. The room was compact but had all the necessary facilities, which was sufficient for a short stay. It's close to the nearest station and offers convenient access to the city center, making it a good location for business trips. While it's not luxurious, I think it offers good value for money considering the price. However, please be aware that it completely lacks amenities typically found in standard business hotels, such as toiletries, a security box, kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. There are hangers, but as shown in the picture, they are not detachable, which made them inconvenient to use. The reception staff were friendly and for some reason, called me by name during check-in. (Apparently, I was the only Japanese guest that day.)"

"I had been staying at this hotel for 6 consecutive days. The night before, I extended my stay for room 417 at the front desk. The hotel system has a complete record of my extension, and it was agreed that I would continue to stay in the original room. When I returned after going out, the hotel, without my consent or prior notice, unilaterally changed my room and altered the accommodation agreement. The new room had no duvet and no bath towels. I had to go downstairs repeatedly to request all basic amenities. One male front desk staff member was extremely rude and demanded an additional 1.90 Euros for a bath towel, even writing a note that said 'It cost 1.90 Euro.' I have uploaded a photo of this note as evidence. It wasn't until this staff member's shift ended that another staff member provided a bath towel free of charge. As an elderly traveler who doesn't speak any foreign languages, I had to rely entirely on a translation device for communication, which made interactions extremely difficult. Throughout my stay, I distinctly felt discriminated against due to the language barrier, leading to a terrible experience and leaving me feeling deeply wronged. I didn't get a chance to take photos of the missing items in the room due to the rushed circumstances, but all the guests staying in the same room that day can corroborate my account. I am attaching a formal complaint document in both German and English, demanding a formal explanation and apology from the hotel regarding the unauthorized room change, the staff member's improper charging, and the poor service, as well as reasonable compensation. The hotel system can retrieve the extension record directly, so I don't need to provide any receipts. While I don't have photos of the room lacking bedding and towels, there are other guests who stayed with me who can testify to this."

"This place is truly impeccable. When you're looking for it, keep an eye out for the large 'AnD' sign on the building's exterior. It's affordable and near the main train station, with 'AnO' clearly displayed on the hostel's facade. Several buildings here are part of the hostel. There were a lot of people checking in, but the lobby provided plenty of charging stations and seating, and the amenities were incredibly complete – everything you could need at a very reasonable price. It's the kind of place you don't want to leave. The dorms, lobby, and all areas are clean and tidy. The overall color scheme of blue, white, and gray is very soothing. The bathrooms are well-designed with separate wet and dry areas. Each bed has a long storage shelf and various types of outlets. Outside the shower rooms, there are sinks, mirrors, and large anti-slip grab bars. For this price, it's truly amazing! Can you believe I wanted to visit Frankfurt just because of a hostel? I was in Liege, planning to go to Luxembourg under the scorching sun, and when I searched for hotels, they started at least from 2000+ [RMB]. Suddenly, it didn't feel like a must-see anymore. I just wanted to stop by on the way. I found that there were many trains from Liege to Frankfurt, and then I discovered a hostel for only 70 RMB! I absolutely had to check it out. Plus, even if I went to Luxembourg and then Frankfurt, I'd still have to pass through Liege anyway. Since I was already in Liege, I booked a train directly to Frankfurt. Train tickets to Germany aren't cheap though; the cheapest train from Liege to Frankfurt was 90 euros, and the cheapest train back from Frankfurt to Amsterdam, Netherlands, was 125 euros."
