The only advantage is that it is cheap. Because the hotel is unmanned, all services are self-service. My sewer was blocked and the repair cycle was very long. I sent an email but no one replied. After a day, I talked to the waiter in person and waited another 12 hours before the repair. But the only advantage is that it is cheap.
The hotel is well located. You can get to the airport very quickly by train or bus.
The rooms are a bit dated, but clean.
The breakfast is very good! There was a large selection of cereals as well as sausage, cheese, salmon and lots of small dips. The selection of tea was also very large. The breakfast is definitely worth mentioning.
This place is VERY EXPENSIVE! 300 € for one night? At that price, I would expect an all inclusive experience. All you get is a room. That being said, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. I would have liked an extra pillow but there were none in the room. Breakfast is nearly 20 €, again too expensive for limited offering. That being said, the fruit was fresh and the coffee (machine) was delicious.
It's near that place, so it doesn't really matter. The room is big, which is better than other hotels. But some of the facilities are not so good, and the toilet flush button will not return to its position. Breakfast is also OK.
The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Pasing train station, and Pasing Arcaden is also quickly accessible. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, which severely disturbed my sleep as you could literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The double bed was made of two single mattresses with a gap in between. On Sunday, room service started cleaning the neighboring rooms and so on as early as 9 AM, making it impossible to sleep in. I didn't get a good night's sleep.
The location is good not far from the train station to reach Oktoberfest. The cleanness and breakfast are also not bad. Only the pillows are uncomfortable to sleep and blankets are too short and thin. Also for Amenities, toothbrush and toothpaste, the gest should bring them by self.

The hotel is further from the airport than expected. We took Uber there and it cost EUR21.9. We arrived late at night and the hotel was very kind to put an envelope at the gate, which is the password we need to access the room. (Note: they used password instead of key cards). The room is small but it’s perfectly clean and has everything we need to stay a night before the journey the next morning. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away that we took bus to the nearest train station.
The room is very nice and clean! The view of the room is far more pleasant than I expected. The location is very convenient. We will visit again if we have time! The common place is also nice and friendly, you can even have laundry and cooking space here!
The location is within 5min walk from hbf metro station and to the tourist area. Room facilities are so far so good but the beds for 4 persons are pretty comfortable. Lobby atmosphere is good chilling.

DdomonnnThe location is near the subway, right at the last exit. If you're taking the train, it's a bit of a walk as it's on the other side, but still considered convenient. It's not scary for women walking alone at night, which is important. For the room, I booked a single room and it was very spacious and clean, with a wardrobe, table, and chair, plus a private bathroom. I think it was great value for money! There's an elevator, but it's quite small; one person with luggage fills it up. The front desk is 24 hours. Towels need to be rented, and there's a hairdryer. I liked it.
The downside is that at night there's a very loud door-slamming sound. I'm not sure where it's coming from, it sounds like the wind blowing a door shut, and it happens many times a day. Other than that, everything was fine.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, the room (404) had a very intense mothball/naphthalene smell. But like VERY INTENSE. It was noticeable even before entering and was strong enough that all of my belongings absorbed the odor. It was quite unbearable at times and significantly affected the overall experience. I felt bad going out because I had the perception I smelled of naphthalene all the time.
Aside from that, the hostel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean, with great storage and well-maintained facilities. The common areas are really cool and thoughtfully designed, and although the kitchen is small, it’s perfectly functional.
I hope management looks into the ventilation or cleaning products used, because otherwise this would be a very enjoyable place to stay.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel! The facilities are all-encompassing, especially the kitchen which has everything you need. The living room has a fantastic vibe, perfect for young people to socialize and connect. The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious, and having two bathrooms is a huge plus. Everything was excellent, I really love this hotel and highly recommend it!
TTanxingren-yanguangyuThis hostel-style hotel is likely Indian-owned. The location is excellent, right outside a tram stop. It's only three stops to Munich Central Station (HBF), where you can connect to various subway lines. They offer self-check-in, and rooms can accommodate two or four people. The bathroom had a slight odor, with a smell coming from the drain. It's a budget-friendly option, so the quality isn't top-tier, but it's perfect for students or recent graduates/first-time travelers.
LLouis JoeThe bed was comfortable and clearly well prepared, offering a reliable place to rest after long days. The mattress provided steady support, and the clean, neatly arranged linens added to a sense of care and comfort. Settling in each night felt easy, and sleep came naturally in the calm environment of the room. Beyond the bed, the space itself was tidy and thoughtfully laid out, making daily use simple and pleasant. Everything functioned smoothly, without minor inconveniences or disruptions. The overall atmosphere remained quiet and consistent throughout the stay, which helped maintain a relaxed routine. Taken together, the experience felt balanced and well managed, providing a straightforward and comfortable place to unwind.
MMI-kiThere's a laundromat about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. The airport bus to Munich is also within a 10-minute walk.
It's a great base for getting around, so I'd definitely recommend it.
Checking in via QR code was super fast, which I loved. Our room required us to step outside briefly to get to it, but it wasn't a hassle at all. There are a few steps to climb before you reach the elevator. That might be a bit much for some people, though.
The room key is a card key, but I found it quite hard to open the door, even after pulling the handle down multiple times (and I'm a woman). My male companion opened it easily, so it seems you just need to put some force into it.
All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
The shower pressure was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is good, within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. The staff kindly stored our luggage both before check-in, making our arrival and departure much easier. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. Great choice if you want a central spot with helpful amenities!
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite standard and clean. The water in the shower is too small and there is basically nothing else provided in the room except towels. The biggest attraction is the supermarket downstairs. The elevator was under maintenance from check-in to check-out.
GGedebaoI chose this place to see the opera. I will cross the road and be next to Fank Jaap and Hermes. If you are sightseeing, the Palace is next to the Opera House. Maria Square is also a 10-minute walk away. From the airport, take the subway directly to Maria Square. It is also a few steps away from the famous Royal Beer House, and I am the farthest to the old painting collection. In short, it is very convenient. The hotel is very small, the room is not big but it looks elegant and clean, the bed is particularly soft, and the TV mini refrigerator safe is available. The hotel still has no front desk self-service, you can do the whole process without a waiter (although I still see it), the mobile phone operation opens the door, it is the first time to encounter it, when you check out, the waiter also asked me if I want to check out late. In short, it is great, I hope to stay here next time. (Say I can't upload the picture format is wrong)
