THEY ROBBED US FROM INSIDE THE ROOM!!!!! which already makes it a terrible experience. The administrator only showed up on the last day half an hour before we left, even though we asked to speak to him, they told us that he was sleeping and they couldn't wake him up. That day we were leaving, he showed up and tried to manipulate us so that we wouldn't write the comment. We had 200 dollars in a room that was missing from inside a backpack. The rest.... Good location but rooms with a musty smell, poor hygiene (behind a nightstand we even found a toy), the mattress was thin... old furniture, no windows to the outside which does not allow ventilation. It has a refrigerator that cools well, and air conditioning. IT DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT DESPITE BEING CHEAP. The photo is misleading. If you can't pay for something better, don't leave valuables in the room.

New hotel. Excellent location. The rooms are a bit small and lack adequate ventilation. The price-quality ratio is good. They do not offer lockers. The laundry service is cheap and good. The staff is attentive and friendly. Internet access is very good. The common spaces are not very large but are well organized. You can enjoy your stay even if you have to work at the hostel during it.

Nos encantó el hotel, las instalaciones, muy buena comida, los precios son razonables, el personal muy amable y pendiente de todo. Las instalaciones, los baños y todo en general limpio. Nos quedamos en un apartamento y nos encantó, muy bonito, agradable, hay cosas que mejorar con el entorno ya que es una zona húmeda y con muchos zancudos ,hay que llevar un buen repelente ☺️….en términos generales nos fue muy bien, recomendable totalmente para cambiar de ambiente. Para mejorar la limpieza.
