I stayed here for a month for work and was completely conquered by the details! The daily room cleaning even cleans the gaps between the keyboards, and watching TV shows on the projector is more fun than at home. The front desk remembers the preferences of all regular guests and actively lends umbrellas on rainy days, which is very heartwarming. The self-service laundry room also greatly facilitates our guests on business trips. The key geographical location is unbeatable. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and tourist attractions all within walking distance. The free parking spaces reduce the commuting costs. It has become my second home!

Just finished staying at this hotel. The experience was fantastic! I can't praise it enough! The location is absolutely amazing. It's just steps from the subway station, making it super convenient for visiting attractions and shopping, and it feels safe to return home at night. The front desk lady and guy were incredibly friendly and quick to check in. They even recommended nearby restaurants, which was so thoughtful! The room was incredibly clean, the bedding was soft, and the sleep was incredibly comfortable, with no odor at all. The bathroom was also thoroughly cleaned, and the hot water came quickly with good pressure, making showering incredibly comfortable. The most surprising thing was the soundproofing; it was a peaceful and quiet night without any interruptions. The breakfast was quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. I was able to leave feeling well-fed. Checking out was also smooth, and they even helped us call a taxi. The service was truly impeccable! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to friends!

A Solid and Affordable Stay My friend and I stayed here for two nights and found it to be a great value for the price. What we loved: - The huge, wall-sized window was fantastic—it made the room feel bright and open. - The 24-hour access was a lifesaver, as we arrived early in the morning and could get in with no problem. - The location was convenient for visiting West Lake (Xi Hu) - The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were good: reliable hot water, a powerful toilet flush, and great water pressure in the shower. All of this at a very affordable price. A few minor drawbacks: - No breakfast is offered. - It's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station (about 18-20 minutes). - The room was a bit compact, but it was acceptable for the price we paid. A crucial tip: Definitely choose a room with a window. Our large window was essential for air circulation; without it, the room would have felt very suffocating. Also, while a kettle was provided, remember to bring your own tea or coffee as no tea bags are supplied. Overall, this is a excellent budget-friendly choice, 

The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hygiene were impeccable, making it a very comfortable and safe environment. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality—always friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to the pool bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and unwind with great drinks and service. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The high-speed rail station is just a few hundred meters from the west square of Hangzhou East Railway Station, making it very convenient for passengers to board and alight. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading my room. The bathroom had a table, Wi-Fi, and very bright lighting. The shower water was hot and evenly distributed. There were bicycles nearby, making commuting convenient.

Nice and clean room. Very good location right next to the old city gate and walking distance to the metro station with good connection to the train station and hotspots in the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I'm back to Ningbo.

While I can't say it's the absolute best hostel nationwide, it's definitely number one in Hangzhou, a friend recommended it. Let's start with the pros: 1: The subway (Lines 1 and 19) is just ten meters downstairs, with direct access to the airport, high-speed rail station, and West Lake. 2: The restrooms, washing machines, drying areas, and dorms are all separated by gender, which is a huge plus. (This is the first time I've seen a hostel with two doors for the shower stalls – the attention to detail is excellent). 3: There are also two common areas: a book bar for quiet work and another space for games, dining, and chatting, which is quite reasonable and well-planned. As for the cons: (Haven't found any yet, haha). To summarize, the owner definitely put a lot of thought into the decor. It's always busy on weekends and weekdays, the price is affordable, and the value for money is outstanding!

Great value for money, quiet and comfortable, the sea view floor-to-ceiling windows are great for taking photos! Convenient transportation and easy to find, very close to the station and the pier. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Kaihong Plaza and RT-Mart, and you can also order takeout and have it delivered directly to the door of the room. Thumbs up to the front desk brother, who is very patient in helping guests solve problems! Highly recommended!

Great location walking distance from shopping and restaurants, very clean and comfy, great and helpful staff, the room was not ready when we arrived and they upgraded the room for us.
