The hotel location is fantastic as it’s right at the edge of the pedestrian street. Get the taxi to drop you off at the drum tower and it’s just a three minute walk away in a quiet alley. Note the entrance to the alley in my photos. There is no lift but the front desk staff kindly helped us carry our luggage to the third floor. The room is unique in design but comfortable with air conditioning/ heater on both floors. The steep steps to the loft might not be suitable for very old people or very young children as the bathroom is located on the ground floor. The one thing that would make this place perfect would be a proper door on the shower area. As is water will splash all over the bathroom after a shower. However it was overall a great stay and great value for the location.

We always prefer accommodation with windows to know and view the surroundings. Being on 26th level, this unit was fabulous - full height windows! Complete with day and night curtains. Interior was clean. Daily house-keeping was available. Expandable items like towels even slippers were replenished daily although would have preferred fabric towels than disposable ones. There's a small room on the same level housing a washer and dryer. Guests can use them at no extra cost. Detergent was even provided. Just be wary of the washing/drying timing to remove the clothes so that someone else can use. The location was superb. Getting around was a breeze due to close proximity to shuttles and metro stations. There were small eateries nearby and at the train station. Can never get hungry. Haha! This has to be in anyone's shortlist when looking for an accommodation :)

While the room was a bit small, it was comfortable, with air conditioning and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Getting around was a breeze—most attractions were just one train stop away, or even within walking distance. A great option for travelers looking for convenience and a social atmosphere!

The staff were super friendly, but out of five people at reception, only one English-speaking person. I get that it’s 2025 and we’ve all got smartphones and google-translator, but still — for a hostel full of first-time tourists? Kinda weird. 1. It was 27°C in the room. I asked for help with the AC — they said someone would come check it. No one did. 2. I tried sleeping in that microwave with a splitting headache. Gave up around midnight and tried opening the windows — turns out they don’t open. So I opened the balcony door instead, which instantly killed any sense of safety. From that point on, it was just anxious half-sleep. 3. Also, let’s be real — it’s a hostel with a shared bathroom. The listing said “family room with terrace,” and that part about the shared bathroom wasn’t obvious. I was in a rush when I booked, so yeah — maybe my fault. But still, just slap that info on the front page of the listing and save everyone the frustration. 4. There’s no fridge or kettle in the room. Sure, there’s a shared kitchen, but I’m not exactly thrilled about leaving chilled meds or skincare in a public fridge. My daughter’s soda was boiled by morning — totally gross. We left everything behind and just checked out. No hard feelings, pls🤷🏼♀️ 5. Oh, and to charge a dead phone without a Chinese adapter? You need to log into WeChat and pay to use the power bank. If your phone’s at 0% — good luck. 6. Same with Wi-Fi: to get the password, you have to scan a QR code and go to a website. Without internet😂 So yeah — bingo. Heads up to any fellow travelers from Europe🙏🏻

We travelled from Malaysia on our own. Before arrival, the boss/owner of the place had been communicating with me on wechat guiding us how to travel on the public transportation which also save the cost. The owner/boss is excellent. we arrived late around 9pm+. he came to fetch 6 of us personally. he showed us where to go the next day and arrange the local trishaw for us so that we can experience the uniqueness of the town. We also had dinner and breakfast at the guesshouse. I must say, the foods are yummy. Most of us are vegetarian yet they can also cooked delicious vege meal. a must try when staying in wuzhen. Noticed that the guesthouse also received awards from trips because many other guests also comment the same. We definitely will be staying in this guesthouse again should we go back to the town because of the warmth service provided by the boss and the employees.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring that I had a good night's sleep each night. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious, catering to different tastes. Overall, this hotel is a great choice, especially for travelers needing proximity to the railway station. I would recommend it to friends, and if I have the chance to return to Ningbo, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, its clean, the hotel rooms are big and spacious. I would definitely go back here if I happen to visit Yiwu again.

The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and I feel that the whole person is gently wrapped, and I have a good dream all night until dawn~ 🛏️ The quality of the bedding is also very good, with a silky and delicate touch. It should be made of high-quality pure cotton. Every day when I wake up, the sheets and pillowcases are clean and new, which makes people feel happy. 💡 The lighting design of the room is also very considerate. The soft lighting creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere, which is very suitable for relaxation. 🛁 The hygiene is impeccable. Every time I check in, I can see the traces of careful cleaning by the staff, which makes people feel at ease. In short, I am very satisfied with the experience of the big bed room this time, and I will come again next time!💖

The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy. the hotel is very close to Wulinmen metro station, so it is very easy to reach the city centre. receptionists were very professional and kind. i strongly recommend staying here

Lemon Hotel offers a perfect location, clean and modern rooms, and exceptional service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Great value for money—highly recommended for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

Well designed hostel, spacious and the luggage storage is the best in size and design. The shoe area where guests should change into indoor slippers is a good idea and most follow but there are still many who walk around in their outside shoes. Not good. The place is supposed to be smoke free but the stink of spent cigarette smoke is strong around the toilets, showers even the women's. Some of the staff smoke in their room (near the common area/'kitchen' ). There is a plastic curtain that separates the veranda area from the inside of the building however smoke can still waft in especially the back veranda where a whole pane of the curtain has broken off. The cleaning staff worked super hard clearing the trash, hair , water and footprints . It gets cleaner outside the weekend.

I checked into this hotel the night before I had to catch an early flight the next day. The hotel offers free airport and Yongsheng Road subway station shuttle services. I called the front desk at Yongsheng Road subway station Exit E and the shuttle came to pick me up 10 minutes later. The shuttle service for the next day was every hour and it departed on time, and I arrived at the terminal in less than 20 minutes. The hotel is positioned as an economy hotel with complete facilities, good hygiene and service. Although it is close to the road, the surrounding area is still quite clean at night.

Come to Yiwu for a day and find a convenient place to live. I didn't expect it to be really good. No window is acceptable, after all, it is confirmed when it is set. But the room is tattered, moldy and dirty, what is the situation... The air conditioner was turned on for one night and there was no movement, the button at the toilet door... There was no cover.

I have mixed feelings about this one. The staff and services were alright. I mean you always have to keep in mind how much you are paying. By the ways, the rate at the counter (direct booking) is 150 RMB a night. It can get you slightly late check out etc unlike online booking. The location is okay. Depends where and what you wish to do. I came purely for travel. Lots of local Chinese restaurants in the area behind the hotel. I have to say 90 percent of the guests look sad and unfriendly. Most are from the middle east and don't even smile or appear friendly. So the place lacks vibe due to all these fat pigs in the lobby with their agents. The cheapest room you pick will most likely be on the 8th floor (same as where breakfast is served). Breakfast was okay. I wasn't amused. I mean taste wise nothing memorable but countwise variety. The carpets that are often mentioned in reviews are actually noticeable. Stained from ages. The rooms are kind of run down too. But they clean timely, toilets do have a health faucet and hot water. AC is old school, bed about average but might be worth the price. Although later on I did find something slightly nicer for the same price. But I won't rate this as a bad place. A day or two is going to be alright.

Hotel’s location is very close to all good restaurants and markets. But, my room smells like smoke, it is like someone just smoked and left the room, and I found a cockroach on the wall, and the all area around the ventilator was covered by mold. The bed was quite firm, totally was worthy for one night or even few hours.
