Jinjiang Inn Select (Hangzhou Binjiang University Town Puyan Metro Station)

I have been staying at the hotel for a few days, and there is a very inconvenient thing. The hotel does not have a self-service washing machine and dryer! Very inconvenient for business travelers! I remember that when I stayed at Jinjiang Inn hotels in other cities before, they all had them! I often come to Hangzhou for business trips. If not, it is really inconvenient. If possible, please ask the hotel to consider the actual needs of the residents and solve it! I hope to come to the check-in machine later and have a self-service washing machine and dryer! ! ! In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! As thin as paper! Jinjiang has always said that after so many generations of product upgrades, what is their use? The basic problems are not solved! ! ! It’s useless to upgrade for another 100 generations! ! !

Very satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.

The hotel is nice and the room is very tidy. The girl at the front desk was also very helpful and helped delay check-out until 1pm, which was very humane. I specifically asked for Xiangshan's room. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, so you can watch the mountain view and the sunset. You can also take photos of night scenes at night. Very recommended.

Location is very good. There is a big mall across with an MRT station at its basement and another mrt being built directly across. There is cafes, bakeries and restaurants below and around the whole building and far more across the streets including fruit stalls and wet markets. Staff is very helpful and kind enough to let me upgrade to several rooms of my choice for free. Staff also helped me change cash into wechatpay and helped me call the deliver when my online purchase was sent to the wrong address. I never find staff this nice anywhere else in several countries. The apartment rooms and furnitures are not very new, not old, but they are very well taken care of. My room was very bright, comfortable and clean. My bed, sofa and office chair were very comfortable. Aircon and fridge were very cold. Washing machine is good but no dryer option. Detergent and dish cleaner was given upon request. I wish there was a microwave and clothes iron in the hallway and at least a small table mirror in the room. Some areas need to be cleaned better, because the bed headboard, hook tray stand and kettle tray had a lot of dust. The gap (where we insert our fingers) of the fridge door, the washing machine door and trash can lid needs to be cleaned. The shower was clogged and the water went down very slowly and flooded easily. Amenities wise, generous, everything was provided from towels, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, bodywash to room slippers and shower slippers. Bottled water, some coffee and tea were provided in the room. My nice room is directly at the entrance facing the lift. If you don’t like the noise of people coming from the lift or talking at the lift, try to request rooms further away. I like my room more than other rooms so the noise was worth the comfort. Two months in China and this is the best place I ever stayed.
DESTI YOUTH PARK HOSTEL

It's a youth hostel, so I guess you get what you pay for-- general pros and cons of a general hostel/capsule hotel applies. ' However, I must say that the service is exceptional. Initially, I didn't quite enjoy my stay there due to the corridors smelling abit weird, (plus Hangzhou having a general issue of cigarette smoke being almost everywhere) plus all the other cons of a typical capsule hotel, plus other miscellaneous issues such as the laundry machine also relying on having an alipay WALLET, (which, as a foreigner, I did not have) or my locker having issues, but, the staff at the hostel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping me find a way to get my laundry done, my locker fixed. I felt that they knew what they were doing and I didn't feel too worried my entire time there. The staff also were very helpful in giving directions, recommending food, and even with parcel collection. I am not really quite sure what else to say here, I just felt that they were super friendly and sweet, and willing to help with any queries I had. (Once again, thank you so much, if you guys are reading this, I literally cannot stress this enough, thank you, thank you for helping me, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable) Additionally, the vibe there is amazing. Although I came with low expectations and no intention to make friends, I somehow (credit to my travel buddy) made many new friends and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them, speaking with them, overall interaction. The whole place just has this nice chill vibe and they've also got lots of games there, and a nice pool table. The concert night was quite fun too, got to see a nice rendition of 后来 (刘若英/Rene Liu) by one of the performers. Perhaps I'd do it again.
Lemon Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Fengqi Road )

The place was spotless and cozy — both the room and the shared areas — but still, it was hands down the worst night of my life before a 10-hour flight. The staff were super friendly, but out of five people at reception, only one English-speaking person. I get that it’s 2025 and we’ve all got smartphones and google-translator, but still — for a hostel full of first-time tourists? Kinda weird. 1. It was 27°C in the room. I asked for help with the AC — they said someone would come check it. No one did. 2. I tried sleeping in that microwave with a splitting headache. Gave up around midnight and tried opening the windows — turns out they don’t open. So I opened the balcony door instead, which instantly killed any sense of safety. From that point on, it was just anxious half-sleep. 3. Also, let’s be real — it’s a hostel with a shared bathroom. The listing said “family room with terrace,” and that part about the shared bathroom wasn’t obvious. I was in a rush when I booked, so yeah — maybe my fault. But still, just slap that info on the front page of the listing and save everyone the frustration. 4. There’s no fridge or kettle in the room. Sure, there’s a shared kitchen, but I’m not exactly thrilled about leaving chilled meds or skincare in a public fridge. My daughter’s soda was boiled by morning — totally gross. We left everything behind and just checked out. No hard feelings, pls🤷🏼♀️ 5. Oh, and to charge a dead phone without a Chinese adapter? You need to log into WeChat and pay to use the power bank. If your phone’s at 0% — good luck. 6. Same with Wi-Fi: to get the password, you have to scan a QR code and go to a website. Without internet😂 So yeah — bingo. Heads up to any fellow travelers from Europe🙏🏻

It is a big villa, the environment is beautiful, and the air in the morning is really fresh. It may be a long time ago and the facilities are a bit old. The room was very clean and the toilet was leaking. It takes a while to turn on the hot water. There was an aunt at the front desk. When I checked in, there happened to be a group of people coming together and waiting for a while. The uncle who brought the room was very polite and suitable for a group of friends to vacation.

We travelled from Malaysia on our own. Before arrival, the boss/owner of the place had been communicating with me on wechat guiding us how to travel on the public transportation which also save the cost. The owner/boss is excellent. we arrived late around 9pm+. he came to fetch 6 of us personally. he showed us where to go the next day and arrange the local trishaw for us so that we can experience the uniqueness of the town. We also had dinner and breakfast at the guesshouse. I must say, the foods are yummy. Most of us are vegetarian yet they can also cooked delicious vege meal. a must try when staying in wuzhen. Noticed that the guesthouse also received awards from trips because many other guests also comment the same. We definitely will be staying in this guesthouse again should we go back to the town because of the warmth service provided by the boss and the employees.

The location of the hotel is good, the business district is just outside the door, it is convenient to travel, you can contact the staff for help when parking, the hotel has been renovated recently, but there is no heavy decoration taste, I quite like this simple decoration style, it looks relatively clean, the hotel is still clean There is a special e-sports room, it looks very exciting, but this time I don't have time to experience it, I don't know how the computer configuration is, you can invite friends to come and play, the hotel is cost-effective, and I will consider this hotel next time I travel
