Dali is our favourite city of my yunnan trip. This hotel adds to it. The hotel is easy to find, just a few minutes car ride from the entrance of dali ancient city. Theres a lot of halal food reaturant and a halal bakery available nearby. The hostess is very friendly and she had suggested few halal hotpot restaurant that we can try. She also helped to bring our luggage to our room at the first floor during our check in.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is located right in Kunming’s business and mall area, with tons of food options all around. Even better — there are two different night markets within 300m walking distance, which made our evenings super fun and convenient. The hotel has a Totoro theme, which was really cute and made the stay feel unique. The room was super comfortable and surprisingly spacious — great for relaxing after a long day out. There’s also a laundry area available for guests, which was a big plus for us. Shout out to the receptionist who was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Overall, it’s a great place if you want everything within reach — food, shopping, night markets, and comfort all in one spot.

One of the best hotel stay in yunnan. The view was impeccable. The room was clean and all the basic necessities are provided. It is situated at walking distance from KMG railway station and easy to find. There are a lot of convenience store and restaurants nearby.

City Comfort Inn (City Inn) in Kunming is an excellent option if you’re looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price. The location is superb! right by Nanping Pedestrian Street, close to shopping, attractions, and public transport. For Muslim travelers, it’s especially convenient with the mosque and plenty of halal restaurants just a short walk away. The hotel is consistently clean and comfortable, though the room lighting can feel a little dim. Service is another highlight, the staff are friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours, even assisting with luggage and late check-ins. Overall, it’s a solid choice that combines great location, cleanliness, and warm service, making it a very good base for exploring Kunming.

This was my second visit to this Dali Old Town guesthouse, and the experience was just as perfect as the first! As someone who works regularly in Dali, I initially stumbled upon this gem earlier this year when my child came to visit from our hometown. It made such an impression that I chose to stay here again this summer holiday. The guesthouse boasts a fantastic location: you step right out onto a bustling pedestrian street, yet the rooms themselves are wonderfully quiet and comfortable. This blend of lively surroundings and a peaceful retreat is truly exceptional. The hosts, a wonderful couple, offer service so warm and attentive it's genuinely heartwarming. They provide complimentary snacks, coffee, and black tea around the clock, and even thoughtful extras like free shawls and sun hats. Every small detail is a delightful surprise, showcasing their genuine care! The rooms are spotlessly clean, and there's always plenty of hot water – perfect for a truly therapeutic shower after a long day of exploring. What truly blew me away was the complimentary massage service offered by the proprietress – an absolute godsend for melting away the fatigue of a day's sightseeing! Add to that the stunning views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake visible from the rooftop (perfect for drying clothes!), and you have an experience so comfortable and serene, you'll simply never want to leave! From the thoughtful amenities to the genuinely warm and personal service, you can feel the owners' dedication and heart in every single detail. This will absolutely be my top choice whenever my family visits Dali in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Old Town!

The location next to the food street was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to grab a bowl of noodles after a busy day. It's truly ideal for travelers on a tight schedule. The afternoon tea was absolutely lovely. The room itself felt more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, and the natural light was excellent. It was very comfortable to sit by the window and get some work done in the afternoon. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing; despite being a street-facing room, I didn't hear a single bit of noise. The mattress had just the right firmness, and I slept wonderfully, which is rare for me when staying in new places. The bathroom was spotless, hot water was instant, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent, much better than what you usually find in hotels. I must commend the front desk staff, especially the gentleman who helped us carry our luggage all the way to the station. Considering its location, the price was very reasonable, offering unbeatable value for money. My only minor complaint was that the Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit slow, but overall, it didn't detract from the experience at all. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the area!

I had an amazing time. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The host and the staff are so helpful. The host helped me with a taxi to take to the airport at 4am. Everything went smoothly. The location is just inside the ancient town. Tbe viewing from the terrance is fabulous, you can see the whole town. I loved and i will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Parking at the inn was convenient, and the front desk service was excellent. I absolutely adored the large floor-to-ceiling windows! They have many room types, and I mistakenly booked two different rooms. Thankfully, we arrived early and there were still rooms available, so we just paid the difference to upgrade. Our upgraded room was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and had fantastic soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. A major highlight was the cafe, which transforms into a bar at night where you can enjoy a drink. The bartender even made a special, off-menu cocktail for me – it was incredibly tasty! The next day, the owner went the extra mile by driving our car to the trailhead's finish point for our hike, which was unbelievably convenient.

Great place! We were on a road trip and really appreciated the available parking. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel also has its own restaurant, serving delicious homemade stir-fries that are both reasonably priced and generously portioned. Our room was spotlessly clean and featured a large window with a breathtaking view – truly like a living landscape painting. I'd highly recommend this spot for a family of four on a road trip who aren't keen on strenuous hiking, as it's just a few minutes' drive to popular photo-op locations. I truly admire all the hikers and trekkers I saw along the way!

The hotel location is great. It is very closed to the Lijiang old town. There are plenty resturants nearby which is on the other hand it might make you confused to choose from. The hotel is new and clean. The facility is the best. The room has 2 floor. The toilet and shower on the lower floor has only 1 door which might not be convient if you would like to use it at the same time. However, there is another extra toilet on the second floor which is very helpful if you need to go to toilet during night time. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but many nearby resturants open very early like 5-6 am. So, there should be no problem. The hotel owner is a group of young people. They are not able to speak English, but they are willing to help if you have any questions or concerns. They are friendly and you can count on them. I wwill stay here again if I come back to Lijiang. Recommend!
