Clean room. Lively hostel and overall looked well-organised. I was greeted by three friendly staff at the counter upon arrival who gave clear instructions. Ideal location, with the Chunxi metro station, Taikoo Li shopping area and the wow 3D screens within walking distance. The fruit stalls below the hostel were selling a variety of fruits.

We had a great time staying at your place. The staff who welcomed us were so kind and nice. We only found out at check-in that we had booked rooms without windows, but she kindly upgraded us to rooms with windows — one even had a view of the IFS panda, which was so fascinating! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were well-oriented and had a great service mindset. I asked for a recommendation for a local market, and she suggested Eastern Suburb Memory. It was a wonderful place to discover, full of local urban life. I even met some cute dogs there! Thank you for making one of our days in Chengdu so memorable.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, the hotel interior is beautifully decorated, and the staff is considerate. The hotel location is good, just beside some of the famous restaurants and about 1. 3km walk to the jiuzhaigou entrance. It's easy to get 滴滴 here so you don't need to walk. The room is clean and tidy. The lift is till level 3, if you stay at level 4, then you will need to climb one level up.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful. After checkout, the nice lady on duty went above and beyond by assisting us in booking a Didi and even contacted the driver on our behalf to ensure everything went smoothly. This level of service made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient to nearby amenities, including shopping areas, restaurants, IFS, making it easy to explore the city. Sweet strawberries from pushcarts vendors are easy access too. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

My stay here was wonderful. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and service felt personal. The room had an amazing view of the city. The room was very clean, and had both a microwave and stove top. The bed was firm and comfortable. The sofa was perfectly located. Housekeeping was very sweet, helpful, and respectful of not wanting to disturb me. And the location is perfect! Lots of shops and easy to get to nearby attractions like the Qingyang Palace Temple. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Chengdu.

The location is quite good as it is two stops away from the chengdu east railway station. Good to stay here if you have plans to travel to outskirt of Chengdu. Daily replenish of fresh bottled water and towels. The down side is the heater is not really well. When we stay for a few days we could feel the heater blowing hot air but only if you are standing near the air con, it does not warm the room. We told the housekeeper about it and she taught us how should we set the aircon heater but it is of no use. As the room still feels cold. The host did not even mention to us that the microwave was not available at all when we stayed until we had to question the host. The water is also leaking from the pipe from the water heater. There was sewage smell from the toilet and had to report to the host but it takes a few days to fix. They do provide additional hanger upon our requests. A suggestion for the host is to provide the address in more detials as such if it is apartment to provide the correct building no and whether it is A or B block. As we reached to the hotel i think and had to contact the host to bring us to the correct place. It is still overall not a bad place to stay as there were a lot of eateries and convenience stores.

...Zhulang Hotel... Beyond worth the price I paid ^^ I had 1 night to wait around TFU for my parent to join the trip. I only expected afforable price airport hotel. This hotel had everything I looked for; * Affordable price * Cleanliness * Free airport transfer * Food street near by * Lift How the pick up works; After booked you may contact the hotel or via trip for hotel wechat. The hotel staff always answered wechat promptly! Once arrived airport just message them then they will tell you which floor & gate to wait outside. Once at the outside part of that gate take your selfie with the gate no. & send them to confirm then hotel will provide the van license plate no. (Since I texted them up to the pick up took 23 mins). The hotel will text in Chinese of course but copy paste in translate app is not too hard to understand. Hotel facilities; I found the hotel was decent for this budget. The lady at reception was friendly & helpful. The hotel was simple but accomodating. There were 3 things better mention for other travellers; 1) The room that ready for check-in here will be left open door. For me, It's odd compare to most places that use room key since first enter but here door was opened. 2) The washroom equipped with ”Floor Squat Toilet”. It was a cultural shock for me at first seeing this in a hotel room. But then I came to undestand it designed for budget hotel to also use it as a drainer. 3) Towels were yellowish. I suggest to bring your own. But the bedsheets were decent. Food street; Step out of the hotel & turn left...The whole food street just 5 minutes away by walk!! Restaurants, Hotpots, Fruits stores, Minimarts, Pharmacies, Vender stalls & etc. There was 1 microwave available at the lobby. Overall, It was a cost efficient stay for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for airport hotel around TFU.

Good hotel to stay at if you're visiting Juizhaigou Nature Park, if you're fine with only having hot water for about 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours at night. There is a driver available to drop you off at Jiuzhaigou Nature park, though you might need to wait a little. The hotel is clean and the basic room facilities are good like underfloor heating, super comfy beds, TV, kettle and good lighting. The hotel service for foreigners are fine, don't expect too much, like being informed if electricity goes off or anything being explained, unless you ask. If you are using translation services to chat to them, make sure you are specific and ask all the important questions, or things might get lost in translation. Another great things is that is a plaza right opposite the hotel where you can buy all sorts of things like food, clothes, toiletries and souvenirs. A good number of restaurants to choose from. I would personally recommend the Himalayan restaurant to experience the food and some singing. So location for Jiuzhaigou makes this a good option for a hotel. Did I mention the super comfy bed? :-) my reason for adding another night. There is also a bus ticket shop very close to the hotel, near luckin coffee, and assistants are pleased to assist foreigners to book.

Very close to the subway station and 5 stops away from chengdu east station. Convenient place with eateries around. Generally clean but some portion of the apartment needed more maintenance. The projector image was frozen. Can request for daily clean though this is an apartment

The room is very new and clean! The facilities are complete and the subway station is very convenient. I chose this hotel randomly when I came to Chengdu for tourism. I didn't expect the experience to be so good. I was too tired to clean up and it was a bit messy. But every time I came back, the cleaning staff had cleaned the room and made the bed! Disposable slippers and the like are replaced every day. The experience is perfect~ It is worth praising that the room is really very clean. I can turn on the projector to watch ”Empresses in the Palace” before going to bed at night (and there are VIPs!

The transportation is convenient, just beside Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Very cost-effective, will come again next time.

Love this place. Good Location have food and shops nearby The hotel room have heat electric bed and heat/cold air conditioning which is very important for winter. Reception is helpful even they don’t speak English. Water is provided for free if you need more. Jiizhaigou entrance is walkable but better with taxi which cost about 15 yuan only. Thank you xia xia

Get off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

The best hostel ever in China. It's very clean room and has toilet bowl!! 😁 you should build this kind of hostel in Shanghai and Beijing ,it will be full everyday by Thai people 🤣🤣🤣 and you will be rich! One thing that you can improve....the room is sooooo freezing cold, it took me an hour to fell asleep by our own body heat!! 😂 please make the bed heat up ! The rest is perfect !

1. It was my first time visiting Jiuzhaigou, so I just found a hotel near the scenic spot. I didn’t expect it to exceed my expectations! ! ! The hotel has its own spacious parking lot, and friends who drive can drive in and park directly, which is convenient. 2. ******* clothing experience: There are ******* clothing at the entrance, you can experience taking photos and checking in for free, I personally think it’s great👍 3. Service: The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She introduced the scenic area's projects, nearby bus stops, and nearby attractions. She also enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage and sent us back to the room. It was a warm service. 4. Environment: The room is quiet, clean and hygienic. The toilet is separated into dry and wet areas and has disposable bath towels. I felt so pleasantly surprised on the first day I arrived, and I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s itinerary! ! ! happy!

The hotel is good. The location is only about 1 km walking to the national park and there are many shops and local foods nearby. The amenities are standard. The room I stayed in is big, the bed is so comfy and has good air-conditioning. The staff are also nice. The only comment will be the shower which is so unsteady but I can manage. Considering the price, location and cleanliness I will still give 5 stars. ^_^~

I loved staying here. Rooms are clean, bathroom was clean, the room had floor heating. I came here to climb the San Ao snow mountain and this hotel served as a base for me to first get acclimatize and then finally climb. I booked for 3 nights and then extended by one more night. No one at the desk when trying to check in, they leave a phone number but if you can't call you have to ask someone else to help you. No one there at check out either. Location is close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, only a twenty minute walk. Room was quite nice though

It is very suitable for self-driving tours, because the car can be parked at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient for luggage. There is a restaurant across the road. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the scenic spot. It is more troublesome to drive there. We parked the car directly at the door of the hotel and walked to the ditch.

The boss's service is warm, meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel is not far from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, but the owner can pick up and drop off customers according to their requirements; there are many small restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient to eat and drink. Check-in was hassle-free and felt great!

This hotel owner came back home for the ***** New Year Holiday and hadn't come back when I came. He asked the opposite hotel to take me in so this feedback is actually for that hotel 😂 the hotel was warm. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel owner lady welcomed me with a warm room. She turned on the air conditioner and bed heater before I arrived. She even let me check out late until 2pm for free. Everything was perfect. The hotel is also very near Jiuzhaigou valley park. Just 15 minute walk. There's a lot of places to eat and shop around. I had a nice time here. Thank you!
