I had a wonderful stay at Flipflop Lounge Hostel POSHPACKER (Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road Metro Station branch). The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I booked the Solitude Single Room, which was perfect for me as a solo traveler—it was comfortable, private, and exactly what I needed. The location is also fantastic. The hostel is within walking distance of many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. It’s also very convenient for transportation, as it’s close to both the airport shuttle bus stop and the train station. Overall, I was very impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

This is a much better hotel than expected, although the receptionist can speak English at a fair level but can communicate. The entrance to the hotel and the way up to the reception is a bit confusing, but the facilities in the room are very impressive. The level of service and facilities compared to the price paid is worth it.

The hotel is 900m from the JiuZhaiGou main gate and is located in area of vast food. It is easy to look for food around. There is free hot water dispenser in Nuorilang in JiuZhaiGou, so feel free to buy your own instant noodle or portable milk tea. It is cheaper at the shop nearby (less than half the price) compared to inside JiuZhaiGou. This hotel is nice, cozy and clean. They provided a map of JiuZhaiGou and walked us through where is the recommended area to visit. I noticed that other hotels may not provide that. The map they gave was very convenient for JiuZhaiGou! High recommended!

Hotel room is moderate, but the best part of the hotel are the staffs. They are eager to provide excellent customer service, promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment. No surprise why people gave 10/10 feedback. We stayed here for two nights and had three meals at the hotel. The food was also great especially fried rice with eggs. 10-15 minutes walking distance from Changpinggou and siguniangshan transport center whate we bought our bus tickets to Dugiangyan. Strongly recommended!

Excellent location. Surrounded by food, shopping and the river which had bars, food, night market, boat rides . Located in a building with locals and we chatted with them as they played MahJong. It was a great glimpse into the local life of Chengdu people. The rooms were spacious and the Air Conditioner was cold after a long day of walking and exploring. Host was excellent and gave us our privacy and checked in every few days to ask if we needed Housekeeping or replenish anything such as toilet paper etc. as a family, we were very satisfied with the place. Thank you to the great host. Short walking distance from the below attractions.

Good location and walking distance to pitstop for shuttle bus at Moon Bay parking lot as advised earlier in wechat. Easy to communicate and fast response thru wechat..They also send us ride to Jiuzhaigou national park entrance by car for free. Very2 helpful and warm regards i received from them.Happy to meet good people in Chengdu..

Fantastic hostel! The beds were clean and comfy with plenty of space, and each room came with lockers for personal items. The shared bathrooms and showers outside were spotless, modern, and fully equipped. Just a heads-up: remember to buy toiletries at the front desk beforehand, lol. I completely forgot and only realized it the next morning! The atmosphere was also really great. My roommates were incredibly considerate – super quiet! One time, someone came in while on the phone, saw my curtain drawn, and thought I was asleep. They actually waited until I opened it to apologize, even though I wasn't sleeping, haha. Highly recommend! P.S. The golden retriever at the front desk was so well-behaved and adorable! Wishing the dog good health and safety, and the owner all the best with their work!

I was i bit confused becuz the communication went through wechat and there were no reception like in a hotel. But it worked fine. they gave me a room number and pw. There is a 100yuan deposit, but as a foreigner i dont have a chinese bank acct and i couldnt transfer through wechat. So they waive the 100yuan which was nice. Its about 5 min away from the subway with lots of restaurants on the way and a FamilyMart downstairs. The room had microwave, washmashine, fridge, keddle...etc. I had a room at the 23th Floor with a great view. Overall I had a great stay.

Very comfortable hostel with every kind of help for travellers. Immediately close to the river, to the park, to the metro station D gate (line n.3) and to Anshun covered bridge Perfect base also to visit Chengdu downtown (Jisha old culture museum, Panda reserve..) and around (Leshan Buddha area, for example!) Clean and wide room, kind staff. Thank you.

hotel staff very friendly and helpful, first night my room too near to lift and abit noisy, after feedback hotel staff change the room for me. Hotel provide free washing machines and drying machines, water fill machine at 8th floor which the add point to me. Walking distance 150m to LRT and easy to get e-hailing Didi car, and right beside hotel there a convenience stall which also a add point, overall I happy with the hotel
