Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy.
Value for Money: Excellent value, priced at just over 300 RMB a night.
WiFi: Strong signal with a dedicated router in every room.
Parking: Free parking is available nearby; just ask the front desk for a voucher.
Service: Excellent service attitude.
I came to Suzhou at the end of August for Hua Chenyu's concert and picked this hotel at random. To my surprise, my stay far exceeded expectations! The ground floor hosts a bakery selling bread, pastries, and coffee, and there's an elevator to the hotel rooms upstairs – it's all part of the same establishment. Highly recommended!

I loved it. I was shocked by how beautiful, clean, and elegant it was for the price. It is very convenient to have the coffee bar and terrace inside as well. I really recommend.

Value for money choice. Reasonable pricing with great location. Just next to the Confucius temple area, very busy street with many restaurants and attractions. Good service from staffs. Room is quite small but decent enough for short stay.

Pros:
* Excellent location, very convenient for exploring.
* As a reputable chain hotel, it was consistently clean and hygienic.
* The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making for a safe and secure stay.
Cons:
* The only downside was that the floorboards in Room 2115, particularly near the window, creaked quite loudly when walked upon.
P.S. The complimentary mini-fan from the front desk was a lovely touch and very pretty!

What a pleasant surprise to find such a great hotel right in the heart of Nanjing! The facilities are all brand new and immaculately clean, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and the sound insulation is excellent. The Rumi plushie in the lobby is absolutely adorable! The hotel's location is also extremely convenient; Central Mall is just steps away, there are plenty of great eateries downstairs, and the hotel breakfast spread is very extensive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly, highly recommend it for anyone visiting Nanjing!

Hotel is super closed to metro exit 2, up from exit 2 left hand side, you will see elevator, 4th floor above starbuck is where the hotel at! less than 50m walk, so convenient and it’s in the center of shopping mall road, easy to walk to Pingliang street around 1.5km walk. At reception (4th floor) in the afternoon to at night, there are very strong smell of cigratte but better in the morning. Luckily that room in 4th floor are clean and not smelly of anything. i found that reception staff are smoke in the toilet at common area that is why we can smell strong of cigratte. i booked another in 5th floor, all good. room are little small not many space to flow all my baggages in one tome, we have to manage but it’s really fine for me and family. Only comment on strong smell of cigratte at reception and common area. Others im impressed.

1. **Service**: The two young ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided an extra duvet, making our family of three's stay exceptionally comfortable.
2. **Room Type**: This is a duplex room. Downstairs, you'll find a sofa, dining table, bathtub, and even a sauna room, along with private bathroom facilities. Upstairs, there's a large bed and a tatami mat sleeping area. Both floors are equipped with floor-standing air conditioners. It's truly fantastic!
3. **Discount**: Rebooking for a second night was significantly cheaper – you can just imagine the great deal we got, haha!
4. **Summary**: Absolutely amazing – highly recommended for a worry-free stay!

The inn is located in the scenic area, so you must purchase a ticket first (it cost around 200++ rmb to enter the main gate and access most of the attractions inside, such as the antique mansions of Mr Shen and Mr Chang, etc).
Lady boss and boss are very friendly. Lady boss actively helped me carrying my luggage up the second floor and helped me booking a private transfer to Shanghai Pudong International Airport for the next morning.
The room that I booked had an antique bed, so pretty! The room is small, but it is as per advertised in trip.com and what I booked for, and it is enough room to open my cabin luggage. There are chairs and table and tea cup set next to the window to see the small river outside. Bathroom are clean and hot water flows easily. You can see boats pass through the river, very scenic.
The river town overall is very charming, the water is emerald green and clean (I can see through the stones below). You can rent a boat. It is 220 rmb per boat, so if you want cheaper should find other people to rent together and share the cost.
The antique mansions are so pretty and historical, it is included in the ticket purchased to enter the scenic area. But if you want to acccess the second floor of Mr Shen's mansion, need to purchase a separate ticket for 30 rmb. The key bridge is charming and next to it is a restaurant with delicious food.
The alleys are less people in the hot afternoon so it feels more peaceful than in busy Suzhou or Nanjing. But when night comes, it is the same lively and busy.
And lastly, you should not miss the performance ”Zhouzhuang in All Seasons” (只此周庄). No designated seat because it is an immersive theater, you walk along several sites to experience transmigrated into ancient Zhouzhuang. Very fun and rcommended!
Oh and when I leave the next day, lady boss kindly gave some snacks to eat along the way. Thank you!

Cleanliness: There was a spill at the lobby, guests walked over them causing the floors to be dirty, took the hotel staff forever to clean it up. The lobby in general was clean except the spill. The room is not the cleanest in a certain area. There's a spiderweb and mould seen in the room. The bed and toilet were clean, these are the more important stuff. The corridor to the rooms are super smelly with cigarette smell. People who don't smoke will have to suffer and endure the smell every time heading back into or out of the room.
Location: location is pretty great, center to most places, DiDi or cycled conveniently.
Service: Service was pretty good, allowed late checkout, got a free complimentary gift (the bowl) upon check out. The only thing that earned them a 4 star out of 5 for the service is during the check in. I was the first group of guests to check in, but just because I had 5 guests in total, subsequent guests who came after us to check in, they put us aside and left us hanging while they attended them instead because they are 2 guests. I had to go back to the counter and stare at the manager then she continued our check in.
Amenities: Very simple, just a hotel room with toilet. The lobby was cool, plenty of seats for guests to chill with complimentary snacks and drinks. For the room, there's no place to hang a hand towel, bath towel, or our own clothes for showering. Had to put on the basin or toilet bowl. This is a major downside for us.
Not a complaint (for improvement): Usually accommodations that provide room cleaning services, the room servicers tend to refold the bedsheets and blankets, and any clothes that were on the bed will be either placed back on the bed unfolded, or those that go beyond the service, to fold the clothes and place it on the bed. For us, it was seen chucked on one side. Again, not a complaint, just a recommendation to just place whatever clothes that were seen on the bed before room service back onto the bed after room service, doesn't have to be folded.

NNicolefuguixianrenThe owner decorated the small yard beautifully. It is very comfortable to sit on the swing in the evening in this season. It is a kind of enjoyment.
GGuest UserThe hotel is elegantly decorated, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and clean. The service staff is enthusiastic, professional and meticulous. The food is rich and delicious, the transportation is convenient, and the overall experience exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserGreat hotel staff, great lobby with free washing facilities. The staff at the reception were super nice, especially a young lady who spoke really nice english, tried to help me with my questions and was really careful to enjoy my staying.
The bathroom and main part of the room was suoer nice. Cant complain, however the cleaning could be more carefully because the curtain was dirty and under the table there were some nuts which was there probably since the previous guests.
Overall I would totally recommend because I am very picky but besides this smaller complain I am totally satisfied!

Outstanding
FFeibendexiaoxiannv119Staying in Yunxi Yasu gave us a very satisfying accommodation experience.
Because it was a temporary decision to travel in Nanjing for three days, I wanted to choose a place that was convenient for travel and comfortable to live in. For me, who is picky, I compared many hotels online and chose Yunxi Yasu without hesitation. Yunxi Yasu is very close to Nanjing South Station, and the subway is the first choice for travel.
The day before the trip, Yunxi’s housekeeper Xiao Zhu contacted us. When we arrived at Nanjing South Station, Xiao Zhu came to pick us up and helped us put our luggage away first, and then we set off to visit Hongshan Zoo. After returning from the trip, I entered the room and the living environment was really satisfactory. From the details of the decoration, it can be seen that the boss has spent a lot of thought. The projector in the room relaxes our tired body and mind.
For our travel itinerary, the housekeeper Miss Zhu and the manager gave us a lot of suggestions and help.
The three-day trip to Nanjing passed quickly, but the beauty of Yunxi Yasu was unforgettable, and the housekeeper Xiao Zhu and the manager’s meticulous and thoughtful care and help were touching.
Next time I have the chance to come to Nanjing again, Yunxi Yasu will be my best choice.
