"Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The king-size room was incredibly spacious, and the mattress was just perfect – not too soft, not too firm. I slept like a baby all night without any disturbances, and the pillows were at a great height, so my neck felt completely fine in the morning. The bedding was clean, pure cotton, soft to the touch, and had no strange odors. All the toiletries and fresh towels were neatly arranged, showing great attention to detail. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation; even with the windows closed, it never felt stuffy. The layout was well-planned, and the furniture wasn't cramped, making it easy to move around and pack/unpack. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water came on quickly and stayed at a consistent temperature. All the complimentary toiletries were of good quality, which was reassuring. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no dust in the corners or on surfaces. The overall environment was tidy and inviting, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service was also incredibly thoughtful. They were responsive and had a gentle demeanor. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. This king-size room offers amazing value for money, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"I booked this hotel after calling ahead to confirm, as I had an early morning flight the next day. I took the airport shuttle from the high-speed rail station to the airport, and they picked me up after I called. The next morning, they drove me back to the airport. Since I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a quiet room on the fourth floor for free. Honestly, you can tell the owner put thought into the room's amenities. I didn't closely inspect or use the five towels in the bathroom, and it felt like there were fewer than at a typical Home Inn. The bathroom was equipped with disposable toiletries and even a disposable toilet seat cover. I don't travel often and haven't stayed in many hotels, but for a one-night layover before a flight, the price was reasonable, and the value for money was excellent."

"This hotel is great, it feels like staying at a relative's house in the countryside. It's a bit far from the shops as it's at the end of the village (but if you want to buy things or eat at restaurants, it's not a long walk). The location is fantastic because you open the door to beautiful mountain views. Right next door there's an activity area with a slider and ice skiing. It's not crowded, so it feels very private. There's also a waterfall near the hotel. You can spend all day at the hotel without getting bored because there are activities to do and beautiful views for photos. The hotel food is delicious, and breakfast is free. It's mainly rice porridge, eggs, pickled vegetables, and plain steamed buns. If you want other things, you can order à la carte. Hot pot is also available but costs extra. You can buy snacks or drinks at the hotel if you don't want to walk to the village shops. Prices are reasonable, and you can pay by QR code or cash. The rooms are in the same building as the lobby, so if guests in the lobby are loud, you'll hear them. I recommend booking a room further from the lobby if you want peace and quiet. The bed is wide and comfortable, not cramped. It's a heated bed. There's a hanger for clothes. There's no air conditioning in the room, but the weather is cold so it's not really needed. The only issue is when you're fully dressed, you might feel hot and uncomfortable, but it's fine once you step out of the room. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation with a curtain. The bathroom floor is a bit slippery, but the hotel provides slippers which help prevent slipping. There's no bidet spray in the bathroom, but the showerhead has a small sprayer that can be used instead. The bathroom has hot water, a heater, and ventilation. Towels are disposable. There's a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but no conditioner. If anything runs out, you can ask the hotel. The owner and staff are very attentive. You can book tickets for mountain activities directly with the accommodation. However, there's no signal on the mountain, so you need to bring cash or exchange money at the hotel. When going to the mountain, the hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service, and a hotel staff member accompanies you to guide you through all the activities, making sure you have fun, haha! It's very worthwhile. Overall, it's excellent. It might not be a luxury hotel, but everything combined – the location and the beautiful views – is well worth the room price. If I come again, I'll book here."

"For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me."

"The experience of this homestay exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the soft decoration was warm and atmospheric, and the bedding was soft and comfortable to sleep. The supporting facilities are complete, the bathroom has sufficient hot water, and the toiletries are all available. The landlord is warm and caring, the check-in guidelines are clear, the location is convenient, and the travel is very close. The lighting and ventilation are very good, the public areas are very clean, the price is full, and I will choose here next time I travel, highly recommended!"

"The projector in the projector room was crooked, and on the last day, it completely stopped working due to overheating protection. It's located directly above the bed, so I didn't dare to clean the dust. The electric water heater in the room is 50 liters, and the water temperature was difficult to adjust; a slight tweak made it scalding hot, and the hot water ran out very quickly. It was inconvenient to have to wash up outside the shower."

"I wholeheartedly recommend this Guanlan Art-themed high-rise Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the Daowai Baoyu Tianyi Global Harbor. It's really close to Central Street and Chinese Baroque, making it super convenient for exploring and dining out. Getting around is a breeze whether you're taking a taxi, walking, or using the subway. The room was clean with a great view, well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Definitely great value for money, highly recommended!"

"Upon reaching Harbin Taiping international airport after a long flight the last thing we wanted to deal with was more hassles & spending more unnecessary money. So we were pleasantly surprised to find that the airport bus to the Harbin railway station stopped right in front of the Tianzhu Hotel! On top of that it is a genuine hotel with well maintained full facilities. The bedroom is very spacious & comfortable with separate sleeping & sitting areas. Being on the 18th floor, our room was spotless, far from any noise & overlooked the square. At night when the whole city lit up we enjoyed watching the spectacular scene just outside our window! The area is surrounded by lots of eating & shopping places so we were spoilt for choice. A plus was the staff who were always smiling, attentive & helpful. Truly a well managed hotel! Being a mere short distance away from the bus station also meant that we could easily visit Unit 731, Sun Island, St Sophia’s Cathedral & Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. We had planned to train to Mudanjiang, Hengdaohezi & Changchun so being near the Harbin railway station was imperative for us. Thank you Tianzhu Hotel for the warm hospitality which was the icing on the cake to our wonderful holiday in Harbin."
