Good value for money, great location, helpful and cute reception staff (even though they ask for a review too many times 😂) - the heater didn't work amazing, but well enough to stay warm (kept turning on and off) and you can wait a long time for the lift as there are so many floors. Would stay again

My first encounter of multiple hotel within the same building hence look out for the address at the building else you might not find it like most of the people including me. Location was awesome but the wait for the lift is horrible and you must squeeze yourself in, going out and coming back to the room is a problem. Cleanliness is average and I booked a really tiny room hahaha didn't expect that lucky am alone. No view of city, very near the lift lobby can hear people walking around and the smell of the bins. You can walk to the tourist attractions from here and plenty of restaurants, malls and even museum. I even found their local market, great area to stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful for any of your questions. Local transport was just right downstairs very convenient to travel around, no hotel lobby for rides pick up you need to walk to the roadside. Found a Thai restaurant within the building during my last day hahaha didn't get to try but place was crowded.

The good: Great location with yummy food nearby Staff is friendly and will help you if you need it The suite themselves are huge and have a lot of space so it’s great for big parties and families. I actually found it relatively quiet compared to the other reviews. The bad: Pictures are heavily photoshopped so we were really disappointed when we entered our suite. The place looked dated and some of the furniture was falling apart or are patched up. The heating only really worked for one of the rooms and the living room was super cold despite the heater being set to high. The ugly: The elevators are difficult to access due to high demand and is basically unusable during check out times. You’ll queue up for around an hour till an elevator comes around with room for you and your luggage. The hot water tank isn’t reliable and sometimes has a mind of its own. Overall it’s not bad but you definitely get what you pay for.

The room is bright and clean. Boss is very kind to offer me to carry my luggage as long as u inform early. Have cleaner to clean the room every day.

I had an excellent stay! The best thing is the location of the hotel. It is very close to most attractions we went to. Room is clean and front desk is very helpful everytime we need anything (messaging them through WeChat). I got lost at first, but called the front desk for instructions (you can call through trip.com). You have to go in Tower D of Time Square Apartments and go up the elevator on 31st floor to reach their front desk. Overall, this hotel made our Chongqing experience memorable :) For such a low price, I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed 4 nights in 4 person dorm Expectation/Reality: the room was about the same as the pictures, although it’s quite cramped in the room. There’s not much space other than for the beds and the lockers which were a very good size. Security: very good, it’s on the 8th floor of the building. There’s a lock to the room and to the lockers, very secure place. Hygiene: not bad, showers and toilets seems to be clean regularly and the common space is clean. The bed room walls are a bit dirty but the bunks are clean. Hospitality: generally good, no complaints, staff helpful. Social Atmosphere: pretty good for Chinese hostel, they seemed to have some movie events but not clearly advertised for foreigners. Overall met expectations and places you in the downtown core of CQ where lots of tourist attractions are and close to the metro.

I came to Chongqing with my friends and wanted a room with two bathrooms. The two-bedroom rooms usually didn't have any. I saw that Nancy's room had one, so I booked it. The price was okay. After all, the location is so good, it's very convenient to get around, and it takes only a few minutes to get to the subway. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs, but the store owner said they don't recommend it. The room is very simple, but very textured. Any photo you take is very good. The 51st floor is very high, so I experienced it. There is also a rooftop on the 48th floor. The weather was good, so I went to see it. It was nice to get some sun and the scenery was nice.

Great location with a walkable distance to center and somewhat close to metro station. I had a great view from the room towards south (river) and the room was overall decent. I thought there would be washing machine but apparently some rooms have it and some don’t, though it wasn’t an issue for me. The room has a fridge too to keep your drinks cold. 😁 Front desk is located in the fifth floor, they were polite and helpful when I wanted to store my luggage after my stay.

I booked 8 beds female dorm and the room is clean, comfy, and spacious! Bed, bedding, pillow are all amazing, solid wooden bed frame - no sound. Great window view too but could hear a little noise from the street - the hostel provides earplugs for free! Also complimentary clean towel, bottled water, indoor slippers. The hostel organise lunch & dinner & drinking event, can ask front staffs for more info. Lunch was great! There’re about 4 cats and they’re super chill. Doesn’t smell at all. Staffs are super helpful, overall many lovely people. Location : take Exit 9 of Xiaoshizi station. Turn right and walk all the way towards a Chinese bank, 9th floor of XinChongQing apartment (新重庆公寓）。

The reception is located on level 16 and there is no signage at the lobby to indicate the homestay, and may wonder if get into the right building. There are several homestay or hotel operators in this 25 storeys building with only 2 guests lifts and 1 loading lift to cater to all guests and tenants. Had to wait for more than 10 minutes at peak hours for the lift. Suggest to allocate at least 20 min during peak hours for the lift. Exit through level 4 to Baixiang Jie pedestrian street. The hotel is not within a close walk to the some of the sightseeing places and takes approximately 30 minutes on foot to Raffles city, Chaotianmen cruise embarkation or Hongya dong. The room is quite spacious but rather old and run down. There is no floor mat provided and one can easily slip and fell after shower. The water pressure in the shower is weak when adjusting to hot water. The heater in the washroom is quite noisy. There is a washing machine cum dryer which is very convenient when staying for a few nights. There is also a mini fridge, microwave and plates and cutleries in the pantry area. The room has a view of the river. On the same floor where i am staying, i believe the room next door is occupied by some locals working nearby and i could hear them cooking and frying dishes almost everyday. There is a travel agency located in the building next door, hence it is convenient to make reservations for sightseeing tours. I will not stay in this homestay if i visit Chongqing again.
