Free airport pickup and dropoff service is very helpful. Clean and quiet room. Water service. Fast internet. All good all good!!! The staff tried hard to talk using WeChat translate. You can just ask someone at the airport to help on call with them if there’s issue. One cozy night for transit in Beijing, this hotel is highly recommended!!

The location on Google Map is not accurate. It takes 5-10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Be careful. There are 2 bottles of water servings in the room. Cleanliness of room and facilities are not good, but affordable.

It’s a newly built hostel, everything is so clean and convenient, with your own big locker inside the room that comes with a key. Staff are available 24/7 at the front desk, they don’t speak English but are very friendly and supportive. Located on the 6th floor with metro and bike parking right outside the hotel. Absolutely 10/10 hostel

Stuff was very caring and polite, even they didn't speak English. But thanks for trying help me. I wanted to visit city centre so they let me use transfer to airport and back for free for getting a subway. It's really close to the Daxing airport and you can rest here waiting for the next flight. But unfortunately my room was very dirty. I heard that some airlines book hotels near airports for cabin crew resting between flights. So I think someone was staying in my room before me for short time and the room wasn't cleaned after it. Because there were long dark hair in bathroom, on the towels and one of two beds was marked by tone cream (3 photo). Good for me there was another clean bed , so I didn't have to argue and change room — I stayed less than 24h so I didn't want spent my time in Beijing on scandals. But honestly, I expected more for 370¥ per night. So I think in my next trip to China I won't choose this hotel again. Administration, please pay attention to cleanliness and quality of cleaning! Thank you.

This hostel was a great experience for a solo traveller! My room and the amenities were very clean and the front desk was very helpful. The location is good, 10 minute walk to metro, 2 minutes to bus station, 2 metro stops to Wangfujing and a 15 minute walk to a beautiful park - Ritan Park.

The location is great as it is not far from T3. I took a cab and it cost 20$. Room is huge and spacious, overall clean but I found ***** hair on the bed. Damn. Breakfast is just milk and 2 packets of sweet cake in a doggy bag.

The hotel entrance is on the side of the building, so it was a bit hard to find on the first day, but it's close to the subway station. I stayed here for 2 nights. The maid only came to clean the room to refill water and toilet paper, collect trash. The bed was not made neatly, and the floor was not swept. All the receptionists were nice, except for the thin woman who seemed to be the boss. She was not very friendly and did not pay much attention to the guests. The hotel provided snacks and coffee all day. Overall, it was convenient.

This is my 1st time staying in this kind of hotel. We arrived at 8/9 am and luckily the lady said twas our lucky day because we can have our early checkin (we just did 22hrs of train trip!). Thank u 大姐。The lobby is always lively with many people gathered, either for chatting or just sitting around, minding each own business. U need to climb to 3rd stairs to reach the lobby so be ready with your luggages. 3rd to 4th floor there will be an elevator. The lobby provides u with earplugs in case u need it. The lady and a boy i guess? Can speak english, but they also use translation app so worry not they have quite few ppl at the receptionist ready to help. Next is the room. The bunk bed is cozy enough for ur sleep. The air cond is centralized. The aunty will pick ur trash daily. Then, the toilet. Eventho it is weird that the shower room esp the left side (from entrance pov) has that strange smell that usually in toilet, the aunty and uncle oftentimes clean the shower room, the sinks, the toilet, evrything (so the area is clean, this is important! Thankyou aunty uncly the superb cleaner!) so i wonder whats going on that shower room. They also put aircond in the shower and toilet so u will b able to breathe. The location is around 20 to 30 mins lazy walk to majiapu or beijing south (not many food stalls but on the lower floor, there is this small stall sold small cake/bread). Idk if the hotel provide amenities. I saw the aunty walking around with her cart filled with towels and blanket i guess, u could ask the receptionist abt this. I bought disposable towel and slippers myself from ******* for low price so it's fine on me. Your ******* also can deliver your things to your front door, but pls put clear instructions on ur room no. to help them because all doors look alike and they have many rooms. The hallway is also clean. The refrigerator outside is soo full i can only put a thin can of coke. There's also small ******* powerbank nearby refrigerator. Also a dispenser for loading your water. The hairdryer? I love it. It works well. I purchased 2 nites here and then continued purchase for another 2 nights. It feels like im staying at university dorm with many students. I lost the picts of the room and the toilet sorry😭 but it looks like what they posted on this app.

GGuest UserHotel was about 15-20 min walk to the subway station, which consider pretty far. Not like what other review says it's within minutes walk. Will be difficult if you're pushing heavy luggage. Do take note that nearest station is DongZhimen station which by far, I've not found any elevator nor downward escalator, which will make it difficult when going to airport by subway train. There should be one downward escalator somewhere but eventually we decided to take a cab down which takes about $160 yuan for a 6 seater. A lot of eateries around the hotel area and a pharmacy next door which makes it convenient if touch wood , any co-traveller falls sick. But not a very friendly pharmacist there. Our hotel room is the bigger one with projector with movies. Just need to use WeChat app to scan to access. Basic stuff provided in the hotel. Anything else, you have to ask , eg shaver, or floss etc but no safe and fridge , wardrobe though. There is a Korean restaurant in the hotel which makes it convenient if you decide not to dine out. Customer service wise, housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our request here and there. Except one day-shift front desk who is not too helpful nor friendly. Sometimes when we asked for extra bottles of water or tissue packs, she would be reluctant and ask for our room number to keep track of our usage. As my co-travellers caught a flu in between, we need more tissues. At one time, when I asked for two more packs of tissues, in the end she came up to tell me hotel run out of tissue and can only give me one pack, the rest is toilet rolls. But when later, I approach the housekeeping staff, the cleaner lady gladly handed me what I needed. Too bad I didn't know the name of the unfriendly front desk. But she's the smaller built size one. On the contrary, one night shift front desk is to totally extremely helpful and friendly, she goes by the name ”Xiao Li staff number 000”. As my co-travellers fall sick in the middle of the night, running fever and catching cold and cough, I have nowhere to buy medication. She helped me to order online with ”mei tuan” which we foreigners have no way to order unless with a local number. She even offered me more water and tissue packs without me requesting. The next early morning, when I walked past the reception to get my breakfast, she even asked how my co-travellers are doing and whether they recovering. On the day of departure, she helped me with the booking of a cab to airport and gave me a few pointers going to airport. Her presence make me gives an extra star to this hotel. She is definitely the best staff in the hotel. Overall, if you are travelling alone or with adults companion, this hotel is considered decent but with children, you may want to be prepared to walk more or take a cab to any of your destinations.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, no odd smells and soundproofing was okay too. The receptionist is really nice. The room I first got had really loud noise from the air-conditioning but they moved me to another room which don't have that issue. Well, the room is really small but that was expected before I booked the hotel, I'm satisfied with the room. The only thing is the location, great location which is close to subway station but far from attractions. I guess that is the reason that this hotel is cheaper than those that are closer to attractions.

AAnonymous UserI was asked to book a room for my relatives and friends who came from afar when they got married, but the service at the front desk was really beyond words. The advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to my home. Originally, it was a very festive thing to arrange for relatives and friends to stay. As a result, being treated by the waiter was not pleasant at all. First we checked in as if we all owed the front desk money. From the tone of voice to the expression, nothing makes people feel comfortable. During breakfast, because my relatives came from the countryside, I was criticized for eating too much. Because I was in a hurry to decorate the wedding venue in the morning, I said I would come back two days later to issue the invoice, but I was told by the front desk that it was not possible!

SSheng ImLocation: The Hotel is located at the Beijing Language and Culture University on the 7th and 8th floor of the BLCU Conference Center Building, which is very convenient for visiting my daughter who has studied here. Service: Nobody could speak English, which made me feel uncomfortable. Especially, about the breakfast or any useful information. The Hotel management team should consider the guests who are international students and parents. Terrible staff: Some of the female staff in the night time was very terrible and no service mind. The management team should explain or train her that here is a Hotel which is not the dormitory. The staff should more polite or did not show the evil looking face expression.

The service they offered was great; they helped tidy my room up every day and even helped me collect my parcel while I was out of the hotel. LLiza MartinsThe Hostel is in the best location possible, with bus and metro, 5 minutes walking, to go everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and in a 6 bedroom they only put 3 people. Was really nice. I slept really well. Showers and toilets a little small but ok for a Hostel. Staff was helpful specially Jonathan who looked like the manager, because of the attention to the client he always showed. He gave me really good tips to explore Beijing better. I recommend you to stay here. The only tips I would give is to provide towels because the travelers usually don’t bring towels with them. And maybe to offer samples of coffee/tea as I found at other hostels. Is there a coffee shop bit too expensive for travelers I think.
