I had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless — perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I am at the hotel where I am staying. Why did they call the police on me? Is this how they treat a foreign student? I have stayed at many hotels in Beijing before, and nothing like this has ever happened. They were all very good. To be clear, I don't have a personal issue with the hotel itself. My concern is this: after I provided my passport for check-in and submitted all the required details, why were the police summoned? Do they think I am here illegally? I am a legitimate international student who has been in China for seven months. The elderly lady at the front desk was the one who made the call... 我在我住的酒店。 他们为什么要报警抓我？ 他们就是这样对待外国学生的吗？ 之前在北京住过很多酒店，没有发生过这样的事情。 他们都非常好。 需要明确的是，我对酒店本身没有个人问题。 我担心的是：在我提供护照办理登机手续并提交所有必需的详细信息后，为什么会传唤警察？ 他们认为我非法居留吗？ 我是一名合法的留学生，已经来中国七个月了。 打电话的人是前台的一位老太太。

My stay at Xiaoding in Wangjing South was quite good, generally falling into the upper-middle tier. The environment is simple and comfortable. Although the room isn't huge, the space is well-utilized. The furnishings are minimalist and uncluttered, and the warm tones create a cozy atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The cleanliness deserves praise; both the room and public areas are meticulously cleaned, with attention to detail that makes you feel at ease. The transportation is exceptionally convenient, being close to the subway station for efficient travel. The surrounding area offers a complete range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The amenities are practical and thoughtful, including a shared laundry room and attentive 24-hour front desk service. Check-in and check-out are efficient and hassle-free. The price is affordable, offering excellent value for money. While there are no overly flashy designs, it reliably covers all core accommodation needs, making it perfectly suited for business trips or short-term tourist stays. The overall experience was consistently good.

Facilities: Very new and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless and hygienic; the room was cleaned exceptionally well. Environment: Great environment, right next to the wetland park, perfect for sightseeing. Service: The service was outstanding, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team – absolutely impeccable. I was particularly happy with this booking. The hotel is very new, the decor is stylish and modern, and all the services were fantastic. Highly recommended! The room was impeccably clean, and the location offers convenient transportation. Getting to Tiananmen Square by subway is direct and very easy. The room was also very quiet with excellent soundproofing, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The shower had great water pressure, making for a very comfortable hot shower. The furniture and decor in the room were uniquely styled and brand new, and the TV picture was very clear. Overall, it definitely deserves a five-star rating!!!

I had an excellent visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall with MUBUS! It is a highly reliable tour provider with good prices. Their guides, Kevin and Mike, are very dedicated and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend MUBUS if you come to Beijing. A day before, Mike contacted me by WhatsApp and email and sent me detailed information about the meeting point and things to prepare for the visit. Kevin was my tour leader. He briefed us on the two different tracks and the transport options available and gave us very useful tips to make sure we saw the important landmarks. This save me lots of time and enegry. As I was very afraid that I would not be able to get back to the bus on time, Kevin was very kind and he told me not to worry and to call him if I am late, so that he could arrange for me to get on a later bus. The return trip back to Beijing was also very prompt and organised. I am very happy to book my Great Wall tour with MUBUS. A big thank you to Shannon and the team at MUBUS!

I had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.

Budget-friendly with a lovely ambiance and excellent service. It's very close to both bus and subway stations, making it super convenient for getting around.

Environment: Great location, convenient transportation. Facilities: As a youth hostel, it only provides the essentials. Ambiance: Elegant and thoughtfully decorated. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. My personal take: The location is fantastic. As an international youth hostel, its primary purpose has always been to offer backpackers a platform for exchange and to make new friends. Every youth hostel has its own unique character, and it's not about having perfect services or facilities.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! My flight was delayed quite a bit when I was in Beijing for a concert, but the owner still came to pick us up from the airport. I really loved the room's decor; it was spacious, clean, and tidy. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, the price was great and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel offers great value for money, including free airport shuttle service, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It was my first time having an overnight layover in Beijing, and due to a change in plans, I booked this hotel suddenly in the early morning. I first contacted customer service, and even though it was late, they responded very promptly. They told me to call and ask if they could pick me up. The front desk staff who answered was very patient, even when I accidentally called the wrong number a second time – I was worried he'd be annoyed because other hotels had been quite rude in similar situations. After getting in touch with the driver, he told me to wait inside where it was warm, as it was too cold outside. He arrived at the airport very quickly, and the driver was also very kind, helping me with my luggage. It was late and a very last-minute booking, so I'm truly grateful to them. After checking in, my room felt a bit cold, and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff, he patiently helped resolve the issue. The next day during check-out, the kind short-haired lady at the front desk was very gentle and thoughtful, telling me where to wait and to put on warm clothes. These might seem like small things, but they truly made this feel like a very warm and welcoming hotel. It even made Beijing in winter feel warmer! I'll definitely stay here again next time!
