The hotel's airport shuttle service was excellent. After landing, I contacted the hotel, and the staff informed me exactly where to meet. I was quickly taken to the hotel. The departure shuttle runs on the hour, and you can book it with the front desk staff; it leaves right on time. The hotel's hot water dispenser was broken, but a staff member immediately boiled a kettle for me. I was very satisfied with their service. The room had a heater, which kept it very warm. I was also happy with the other basic amenities. We only stayed one night, so there were no complaints.

This hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. The rooms are very clean, and they have a variety of room types at different price points, catering to diverse needs. The staff are all very enthusiastic. This time, the front desk even proactively upgraded my room for free based on the day's availability, which I really appreciate! The hotel is conveniently located near Sanlitun and Liangma Bridge, an area with many large shopping malls, so the location couldn't be better.

Choosing Comfort Hotel Beijing was absolutely the right decision! It's right downstairs from Niujie Street, so I could grab traditional snacks like Zēnggāo and Lǘdagunr first thing in the morning. The subway station is only a few hundred meters away, making it super convenient for both food and transport. I booked a Deluxe King Room, and it was incredibly spacious. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless, like brand new. The front desk staff, Xiao Shen, was super efficient with check-in and even proactively told me about the free laundry room – such thoughtful details! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

The hotel itself is pretty good – clean and tidy, and they have a good variety of room types: with windows, without windows, and with sealed windows. But why do some of the exterior windows lack curtains?... Also, the guests staying there are quite diverse. Some rooms are packed with belongings and the people inside are very noisy, chattering away non-stop. Others have very few things and the people are quiet. It really depends on your preference.

Comfortable, quiet, and extremely convenient to get around. The room is very clean, and the hotel is thoughtful enough to place a wood slab to widen the steps for the upper bunker so it doesn’t hurt my feet when I tries to get up and down from my bed. I am a 6ft 1” moderately muscular with 85kg body weight.

The hotel is very close to Beijing South Railway Station, just one subway stop away. It's also about a 10-minute drive from Fengtai Station, costing only the minimum taxi fare. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like power outlets, reading lights, and shelves for personal belongings. The hostel organizes fun activities such as dumpling-making, red envelope giveaways, and even offers free room promotions, making it a lively place to celebrate the New Year. There's also a washing machine and dryer available for guests. The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

This hotel has an absolutely superb location! I'm not sure why it's called a 'restaurant' (饭店), I didn't specifically ask. I also didn't see any F&B department, so maybe it's been repurposed? Facilities: The decor is very simple and basic. Nothing too special, but it's very clean. Hygiene: Quite clean. The room was thoughtfully arranged and tidied, and there was even a small tea set. Environment: The exterior looks beautiful, but the interior decoration is just average. Service: Excellent. They specifically called me before I arrived to confirm and mentioned that the room had a slight smell of disinfectant, in case I minded. I didn't smell it when I got there. But I was really touched and warmed by the front desk's gesture. I especially want to commend the young man at the front desk; he was very conscientious and responsible. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. It's incredibly convenient, very close to the Forbidden City. Plus, as soon as you step out of the alley, you're at Longfu Temple. Pretty good!

The room is spacious and immediately gives a sense of comfort. Most impressively, the hotel is only about 200 meters from Dongsi Metro Station, offering a truly convenient location. This was my favorite feature—no need to waste extra energy walking around. If you are looking for budget-friendly yet good-value accommodation, this hotel is well worth considering. The front desk staff were also very warm and helpful, kindly allowing early luggage storage.

I was very satisfied with my stay. They have a small fish pond, tables, plenty of power outlets, and free-to-use washing machines and dryers. Hot water is available 24/7. The cleaning lady came every day to tidy up, and the environment was excellent. I stayed on the fourth floor and arrived at the hostel around midnight. The bed was soft for me, similar to other hostels I've stayed in where you put on your own pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets. As a female, I appreciated having a women-only restroom, which was very clean. The shower had extremely hot water, and even the sink in the bathroom had hot water. I stayed for nearly 10 days, and the transportation was quite convenient. The front desk staff were all very nice. During my stay, there were quite a few foreign guests. Ditan Park is very close by, which was great. Last night, I easily went to the Central Opera House to watch a youth version of a Shakespeare play. There's no elevator, so it's a four-story walk-up. They have a fridge, and free hot and cold water. Food delivery is very convenient. I tried the roasted chicken, which was delicious, as well as braised pork rice, NY Burger, Jinzhangshao, and more. The hygiene was very good. There's a microwave. Just remember to bring your own toiletries. The black slippers provided are not disposable, so please don't take them with you. There's a noodle shop next door, and sometimes you can smell luosifen (snail noodles).

This stay is still a great choice. It is a very good experience in that respect. First of all, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic from the beginning, the check-in is also very fast, and it is very intimate to tell us about the nearby food. Secondly, I entered the room, the room was very clean, there was no smell, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. It's really great, and I will choose Shangkeyou next time.
