Ibis Budget Brussels South Ruisbroek

I had a reservation and my trip was moved forward a day and this company wouldn't move my booking despite the fact that they advertise flexible booking ( this was over a month until my trip so there was plenty of notice given) I was told there was no availability but I found the exact same room for the date I needed to change to on their website. I booked this and asked if they could waive their cancellation fee as I hadn't completely cancelled and they were still getting my money, it was just a day earlier than planned. I was told that I couldn't do this and was going to be charged the full £100 if I cancelled and rebooked with the same company, plus the charge for the new room. This is an extremely greedy company that isn't really interested in helping their customers or building relationships with customers they just want your money then they don't care. I had a three week trip around Europe booked with IBIS hotels and I will certainly be cancelling all of them and never using them again as they lie when they advertise their flexibility. MOST UNHELPFUL COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH

The breakfast is relatively rich, with a lot of spread spread on bread, milk, coffee, and juice. The bread in the morning is still hot. It's great. The front desk service is good, although I live on the fourth floor but there is an elevator to worry-free the whole journey. The hotel has a hundred years of history and is worth living. Looking across it is the railway station square!

After a warm reception by the owner, with whom we had a few pleasant and interesting babbles, we were able to relax in the jacuzzi. The very wide duplex room was equipped with tea/cafe facilities, towels, washing glue and so on. Wifi and TV, a seat, table and chair were present. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. We had a good sleep! The environment was worth the effort. The stairway to this t****e floor was particularly easy to climb by the relatively low but broad steps, which, given my limited mobility, played an important role for me. From that height the roofs offer a beautiful view of Kortenberg and the local green. There is a look that the house might first of all discourage, but be quiet, what you get at this price is amazing. All inside is well cared, this is a recommendation!

All'arrivo, in camera non c'era acqua calda né riscaldamento in bagno.

It is located in a very small street from the main road. Very friendly welcome, with a welcome drink 😃. You feel the family atmosphere. It feels rather like a B&B. The room is rather sober, but practical and clean. You can hear the sounds of the corridor, but for the rest a very quiet room. Bed 🛏 was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Brood and breads, croissant 🥐, beacon, cooked egg 🥚 (omelet or mirror egg is also possible) , yogurt, ... You can also dine on request. Parking 🅿 is free 🆓 at the hotel. Public transport is near. It was a nice accommodation.
