Loess love, a representative restaurant in northern Shaanxi cuisine in Yan'an, serving slowly, etc. I chose to eat the famous fried potato wipe in northern Shaanxi, which is fried with shreds of potatoes. It is related to the quality of potatoes. It seems to eat the taste of noodles. Matang rice is very interesting. I think it is not worse than Chengdu bean soup rice. I make porridge with lard with soy beans, dried peas, rice potatoes, soybeans and vegetables. Yulin big leeks are very disliked. The salty (Yan'an dishes are like this) contains vegetables, dried tofu, pork, and noodles. Pots and lamb are not bad, and the general mutton taste here is very good.
