We stumbled upon Brasserie St.Georges in Interlaken, and boy, are we glad we did! We&#39;d originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn&#39;t face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic.The real winner for us was the kids&#39; menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It&#39;s not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus.What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help.The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it&#39;s one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience.If you&#39;re in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We&#39;ll definitely be back next time we&#39;re in town.

I was exhausted and finally sat down here. Interlaken is named after Queen Victoria, a rare city in Switzerland named in English. I was a little excited about the activities here in the afternoon, except for the weekend market, I really didn&#39;t have anything to go shopping. The sun was dead, the water was still in the car, and I was thirsty. At the end of the lawn, I found a shop to sit down at noon. Tea is a tea bag, so I will drink it. The waiter had a good attitude. I took an environmental photo in the store at will. He pointed me to the story on the wall about the store, and then asked me which man I liked the most in the third photo. I pointed it right, that was the boss.

My husband and I had a great lunch at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were all very professional and none of them always stared at us during our meal. The service was the best. The taste of the food cooked here was really amazing! We were happy to meet the chef at the end of lunchtime. I will definitely come back to this restaurant for dinner! After visiting this amazing restaurant, we went to another Michelin Samsung restaurant and we were very disappointed with it.
