It&#39;s a quiet public holiday in Washington, but there are plenty of guests in the restaurant who know where to go for a meal. The decoration of the store is a bit simple in my concept for a restaurant called Tosca, but their food and wine definitely deserve the name. The carefully prepared meals, the excellent wine, the waiters are careful to keep your conversation going.
