After traveling around Xinjiang and coming back to Turpan, I came back here to eat. I was impressed that this place is really worth returning. The environment, dishes and taste are all good. This time I tried a few new dishes, steak and fish. The portions were large and the taste was good. My family was satisfied!

The Silk Road Restaurant is quite large, well decorated, elegant, clean and attentive. The best big plate chicken in Xinjiang, lamb skewers are a must. The 忀keng meat is also quite delicious, and you can have a bottle of Wusu beer.

I came here again and the taste was still so authentic. I ordered a plate of spicy chicken, which was spicy enough but not too spicy, but spicy enough. I also ordered a plate of spicy lamb trotters, which was very delicious, and a serving of tomato scrambled egg noodles.

I have been in Xinjiang for a week and this is the most comfortable meal I have ever had. The environment here is good, the space is large, the hygiene is clean, the service is thoughtful, the dishes and taste are very good, especially the grilled lamb kebabs are a must!

The restaurant is clean and the food is great. The pepper lamb trotters, pepper chicken, lamb skewers, and hand-pulled lamb are all great. Paired with some red ginger and a bowl of yogurt to help with the spiciness, it's perfect.
