小印度附近，汤森道（Townshend Road）和Jalan Berseh交叉的转角位置，一栋居民楼下面、叫伙食街（Gourmet Street）的熟食中心里，最外面的那家摊位就是结霜桥叻沙，挺显眼。这家的营业时间为9:30--17:30，逢周三休息。只此一家，别无分店。只卖叻沙一种食物，一份3新币，无筷子提供。这家是目前坡国唯一的一家还坚持用炭火做叻沙的店，也是坡国民众票选出的美食小店。 店里三位操作者一条流水线的忙乎着，第一位负责将米粉装入碗中；第二位用剪刀将米粉剪成两三公分长的碎段，并加入蚬肉等配料；第三位站在炉火前，用热汤反复浇烫碗中的食材，最后加上一勺辣酱，舀入热汤，即成。叻沙分量不大，小小一碗，闻起来味道浓烈，吃起来蛮爽口开胃的，椰奶味比较淡，辣和咸较突出；蚬肉刚刚烫熟略带点生的程度，入口鲜嫩，汁水丰盈。
