Came here on June 8, 2013. Kyoto Isetan is located next to Kyoto Station. It is one of the few comprehensive department stores in Kyoto City. It has a rich variety of products and a complete range of business formats. However, perhaps because it is adjacent to the train station, it seems that the people who come here are all in a hurry, which is very different from the customer profile of Takashimaya in the city. The scenery here is better because Kyoto Station itself is a magnificent building. You can take pictures of the Kyoto Tower opposite from the upper floor of Isetan, and get excellent tourist photos.

Isetan is directly connected to Kyoto Station, with convenient transportation and a very good location! Both the subway and bus can go directly there. B1 and B2 sell food. The first floor mainly sells cosmetics, Tiffany and clothing, and the upper floors also sell women's clothing. Since we had already bought almost everything at Takashimaya before, we just visited it in a hurry. The 10th floor is Ramen Alley. After eating ramen here last year, I didn't want to try it again. The 11th floor is also a food floor, full of restaurants, including the Wakoon we had eaten before and the Moritaya we were going to eat this time. There were queues at the door of many restaurants. The mall closes at 8 pm, and the restaurants are later, but some elevators close after 8 pm, so you need to go around and take other elevators to go down.

Based on my two visits to Osaka and Kyoto, I feel that the prices in Kyoto are slightly lower than those in Osaka. So I chose Kyoto Isetan as my shopping destination this time. But I also painfully discovered that it is much more expensive than when I came here two years ago. Especially the exchange rate is not optimistic.

It is built on the top of Kyoto Station, here is the major transportation hub transfer station, here is a large department store, there are cosmetics, clothes, food, etc., girls should like to visit here very much. There is a ramen path on the tenth floor, you can eat all kinds of ramen, there is also an air path here, it is a high-altitude viewing corridor, metal texture, very characteristic. It is still worth visiting here.

I went to play at Kiyomizu Temple and felt that there was still plenty of time to come to Isetan Department Store to go shopping. It was quite fast, but I felt a little distressed to take a taxi. Isetan felt that it was more suitable for ladies or middle-aged people to visit young people. There were not many things, but the ramen road on the roof was very suitable. My appetite.

Isetan and JR Kyoto Station are connected to each other. There are many places to eat on the top two floors. The famous ramen trail is on the 10th and 11th floors of Isetan. There is a sky garden on the top floor. It is a free place to see the night view of Kyoto.

You can watch the night view and eat ramen, buy stationery handkerchiefs and other Kyoto specialty products on the ten floors, buy watch treasure jewelry on the nine floors, refund the tax on the three floors, and various luxury brands on the first and second floors. The first floor is a variety of snacks and snacks to satisfy your appetite. Very complete shopping center, almost anything you want.

Isetan is right next to the hotel, the location is super convenient, very close to Kyoto Station, every day the attractions can be visited by the way! Isetan is still the favorite toy store in Isetan, only the red bean bread Superman sold in Japan is really like it! Plus buy someone two Ultraman, hahaha!
