Monk&#39;s is truly unique. The beer list is insane-- most of it you won&#39;t find on tap anywhere else. If you like Belgian beer this place is a must-visit. The food is really good too, especially the mussels. It&#39;s a downtown bar so seating is limited and crowded, some go early and be flexible.

Came here for Restaurant Week and had a fabulous evening. We arrived early for our reservations just so we could hang out at the swanky bar they have. House cocktails did not disappoint and the bartenders were very professional.

This restaurant is going out to make Cuban food. The food in South America is superb. The atmosphere in the store is romantic. Various South American styles and performances. The food is large. From morning to night, all kinds of services are provided. And the location is very good.

The Dandelion&#39;s large wooden front door caught my attention as my friend and I were walking through the neighborhood. It was quite a find. The atmosphere is great, the food is well-prepared traditional British fare, and the service is top notch.

Step into the world of a French Bistro. We had brunch. All loved their meals. Bread basket, steak frites, mussels, burger, omelettes and eggs Benedict.

Stumbled across this place while walking through Philly on a weekend getaway. Peaked in... got lucky with bar space. BOY, were we thrilled! Dinner was amazing, great vibe, and excellent service.

Went with a rather large (for the venue) party of 8 for a birthday dinner and Monks made it a great experience! We showed up a bit early before the dinner rush to ask about putting our names down since we had a larger group. They were incredibly accommodating and held the one big table they had for the rest of our group who were arriving in 10 minutes. I&apos;m truly grateful that they took care of everything and made it a great night for us. The service was great as per usual. The food even better. You can&apos;t go wrong with the mussels in my opinion. Beer selections were also on point, but that&apos;s nothing new for Monks. I will always recommend Monks to anyone looking for a great meal.

A charming warren of rooms with lots of wood and old posters and beer logos. Friendly staff, decent food, and excellent beer list with a number of Belgian/Belgian-style items.

Beer list is off the charts!!!  Pic is the “primary tap list” with more than double what is seen in pic available.  Pliny the Elder, Hill Farmstead Edward and the 25th anniversary bottle were all amazing!  We both enjoyed our meals as well (house made chicken fingers and steak salad).

Must stop for any beer geek!

We had a fun time here yesterday. A group of us got together and went to Monk’s. We were recommended to go there because of their large beer/cider selection. We were not disappointed. And the food was excellent as well. We had the burgers, chicken burgers and mussels. It went so well with our beer and ciders. And finally the servers were very friendly and accommodating. We felt at home as our server referred to us as “ friends”. Can’t wait to go back.
