A true farm to table concept restaurant. There are so many wanna-be&rsquo;s, but this is the real thing. Fresh, fun, well presented. Well educated staff makes a huge difference and enhances the dining experience

Afraid we would not get a table on a Friday for lunch, but the place was pretty empty. Heard it is packed at night with a patio space. Had veggie choices for flat bread. Should provide a lunch menu to adjust prices and drinks too. A bit more than I pay for lunch and lower prices might bring in more business. Server was nice and accommodating.

The server brought our drinks and took our order and then disappeared. We had decided not to order appetizers since we could see the plentiful plates of food being delivered to other tables. We saw other tables being brought bread. Not us. One person at our table had ordered a salad and it didn&#39;&#39;t arrive. After about 15 minutes, we flagged down a different server and asked about getting bread for our table. Our server arrived with the bread. Then our food arrived, including the salad. The food was definitely good.

Let&#39;s start out by saying - I LOVE A SPEAKEASY! That being said, Hanson&#39;s Shoe Repair at 27 E Pine in Orlando Fl is one of my faves and I try to find a speakeasy in every city I visit. Drinks are delish- try the &quot;drink slowly &amp; see&quot;, see service is top.notch, and live music (call to find out when they have it) is beyond belief !

The restaurant uses fresh ingredients from its own purchase, and the specialty is grilled steak, which is roasted with beef spine and mashed potatoes, and then sprinkled with cocoa powder, which will definitely make you feel full. There are also craft beer and a variety of specialty drinks to choose from, with sandwich cakes and doughnuts, and it is a different flavor.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and head chef of The Rusty Spoon, Kathleen Blake when she won the Fish to Fork cook off at Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Told her I would come visit next time I was in Orlando. In addition to being absolutely lovely, she&#39;s been a two time James Beard Award nominee, named among best chefs in the southern United States, and recognized by Women Chefs and Restaurateurs as a leader in community service and culinary arts. She&#39;s been doing farm to table before it was a thing! If you ever go to Orlando and want a great dining experience, make sure you dine at The Rusty Spoon!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here, especially the unique desserts. Love that it is farm to table and in a perfect location downtown. Great for business meetings or special occasions. Love the atmosphere and we experienced good service. Hoping to return soon.

i was in search of some local eats and after sampling two local restaurants in my short stay in Orlando, i will say Rusty spoon tops it. (in fact, i planned to return with my friends the next day but it was completely booked). the cocktails were amazing, and the food , truly refreshing. i had a salad of grilled octopus and it was really a delight. the s&#39;mores was heavenly little bit too heavy and BIG, so i had to just leave it unfinished.
