Awesome surprise, off of the too touristy places in Alghero. It&#39;s totally worth to drive a few extra kilometers to dine at Ammentos: huge portions, totally genuine food (the meat is from the adjacent butcher&#39;s) and fast and nice service. Absolutely recommended.

Food was good. Excellent value for money. A shame about the service, asked for a bill 3 times, waited over an hour. Had to get up in the end to go and pay the bill myself, as it never came to the table. Disappointing end to a good meal.

We always come to this restaurant because we are treated as family, the food is excellent, the room is nice and comfortable and then Oscar returned sympathetic, comfortable and professional that makes us feel at home. The price is more than honest. What to say, we recommend!!!
