The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. All was good, the space was quiet, the welcome was excellent and we spent a very good time.

We had an excellent steak, a fillet of cod in an interesting sauce and our vegan friend had an enjoyable mixed salad with a mustard and balsamic dressing. Flavoursome fresh bread and local wine and beer. No non-alcoholic wine or beer so Coca Zero again for me.

Tr&egrave;s beau cadre avec vue sur la cath&eacute;drale et les rives de la Sarthe. Serveurs tr&egrave;s aimables et agr&eacute;ables. Nouveau concept : on passe la commande au bar. Choix de plats simples et cuisin&eacute;s sous nos yeux par la serveuse.  Tout &eacute;tait bon, l&#39;espace &eacute;tait tranquille, l&#39;accueil excellent et nous avons pass&eacute; un tr&egrave;s bon moment.

Pas de surprise, dans la continuit&eacute; des avis pr&eacute;c&eacute;dents.Pas de la grande cuisine.Pr&eacute;paration succincte pour un riz/saumon tr&egrave;s sec, D&eacute;cevant.
