I stayed at Hongze Lake Tourist Resort. I searched on Baidu and found this restaurant. It has a high rating and is quite close, just a few minutes' drive away! The boss was very enthusiastic. I ordered the soft-shelled eel, fried saury with rolls, and fried water chestnuts with chicken head rice recommended by the boss. The taste was really good and the portions were large! I couldn't finish it even though I was full!

Braised Anglerfish The signature dish of this restaurant is braised miscellaneous fish. There are more types of fish than Anglerfish, but Anglerfish is indeed the most delicious of these fish. Scrambled eggs with whitebait.
