Beautiful restaurant and location Very good food and service

Kinfelts Kitchen & Wine

The entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn&rsquo;t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you&rsquo;re going to be in Hamburg.

The food was ok, the asparagus and potatoes incredible, but the piece of meat that came with it was chewy. So for the price of the plate I thought it was expensive.

I personally can&#39;t think of eating such authentic Thai food in Germany. I said authentic here, not necessarily that very good taste, but at least this taste is definitely good, but unfortunately my Thai friend, do not know how to appreciate. I especially liked the nine-story tower chicken nuggets.

Japanese food tastes very general, not too authentic.

Firstly the food was excellent - although when I ordered a schnitzel I was expecting one and not two. Why not give people the opportunity to have a smaller portion - as with some other dishes? We ordered a bottle of Riesling and were a bit surprised when it was decanted. I thought it might be a new &ldquo;hip &lsquo;n&rsquo; trendy&rdquo; thing - except that no other diners&rsquo; white wine seemed to have been decanted. I should have asked why ours had been but felt it was more trouble than it was worth. Our waitress was charming but rather patronising, I should have known better than to ask for an Aperol Spritz by way of an aperitivo. Lovely location. Just felt we failed to measure up the the restaurant&rsquo;s expectations for their diners.

Nice location and staff very welcoming. Very disappointed with our starters. Tim of sardines and some slices of serano ham. Main courses and desserts made up for it and were very well cooked presented and tasty. Wines were expensive and not as good as we expected.

The restaurant itself was pretty but the food was lacking a bit. Espcially when you pay 100 euro for a four courses meal, where the dessert was so sour that even me and my partner had to close our eyes for a sec to bear with the sour taste. Usually in that level of fine dining, food is suppose to flow though tastes and not be too strong. Everything before the dessert was nice, but as a closer as the dessert for the whole meal was kinda dissapointing.
