上次是在顺德美食节吃过黄均记的陈村粉，一直念念不忘，今次来到陈村，当然要去店铺再试试这家店的陈村粉。在陈村比较出名的有2家黄字开头的陈村粉，首先我们先吃了黄但记，之后再来到只有一街之隔的黄均记。这里的店铺门面和装修没有黄但记得漂亮，只是比较传统的装修，同样是有2层，门口贴了多项奖状，还有师傅与蔡澜的合照，原来尼间店蔡澜都曾经推荐过。这里的品种不多，陈村粉只有6种款式，都是最传统的款式，还有其他配菜和粥类，价钱比黄但记要平。由于之前在其他店已经试过部分样式的陈村粉，所以这里就只选了推荐拿奖的清拌陈村粉。一碟清拌陈村粉上来，没有太多的花巧，薄薄的陈村粉切成条状，配以炒香的芝麻、醋姜丝，还有秘制的酱汁捞拌而成。又滑又香，很好吃，值得推荐。几个人吃一盘，很快就清盘了。
