武夷山的光饼好吃，有甜的，咸的，薄薄的，酥脆。光饼的由来据说是：戚继光带兵行军抗击倭寇，需要带干粮，就让战士将饼中间开个小孔，用绳子串起来挂在身上。后人为纪念他，就叫这种饼为光饼。

在肯德基对面的一条街道里，玉华街，进去之后随便问小光饼基本都知道这家，本地人也爱吃，很多游客都莫名而来。店铺很小，所谓光饼好像是说以前戚继光抗倭打仗的时候为了方便随身携带发明的战粮～饼很薄，还有一层薄薄的馅，应该有肉末，在烤炉里面烤出来的，有点油，但味道确实不错，只有一种口味。
