南源岭村集中了很多客栈，也就有了一些饭店，这家店在村里算比较大的一家，菜品蛮多的，早中晚都有开张。晚餐在这里点了四菜一汤，提供免费啤酒和茶水，200不到吧，味道还好吧。结账时候送了早餐优惠券。

We stayed at the &quot;Lanzhi Inn&quot; in &quot;Nanyuanling&quot; for three days. We had breakfast and dinner on the nearby street every morning and evening. Usually, we are quite picky about dishes. Every time we travel, in addition to visiting the beautiful rivers and mountains, we also taste the delicacies from all over the world. In the past few days, we were satisfied with the meals in this restaurant, so I would like to share and recommend it to my fellow travelers. The family of the store is responsible for their duties and runs the business with great care. They are very warm and welcoming. The dishes are good and delicious, which is really good.
There are leftovers from the three dishes and one soup for each meal for two people. It is indeed a bit wasteful. It&rsquo;s just that the amount of dishes is too much. Let&rsquo;s count the dishes we have ordered:
① Stir-fried celery with bamboo fungus. The taste is very refreshing and worth recommending. This is the first time I have eaten this white and crispy &quot;bamboo ear&quot;. The so-called bamboo ear is the wood ear that grows on bamboo. It is white and translucent and has high nutritional value. It is said that the nutritional content is similar to that of truffles and is known as &quot;the meat among vegetarians&quot;.
② Steamed red-eye fish. The red-eye trout in Jiuqu Creek, Wuyi Mountain, has tender and elastic meat. The biggest feature is that the fish scales are edible. Remember to watch it carefully when you take a bamboo raft.
③ Stir-fried stone frog. Stone frog is the edible frog with the highest nutritional content and medicinal and health value in traditional Chinese recipes. It is rich in high protein, multiple vitamins and minerals. Although it is farmed stone frog, it is just as delicious.
④ Mustard taro soup. The name of the product is clear at a glance. The food recommended by the boss lady is both a dish and a soup. It is really good. You must try it if you have a chance.
⑤ Salt and pepper creek shrimp. The store&#39;s craftsmanship is pretty good. The batter is not thick and it tastes crispy. Those who like fish and shrimp can order it. Those who don&#39;t like fried food can forget about it, but you can also try &quot;Stir-fried prawns with chili peppers&quot;, which has a more fresh shrimp flavor (we ordered it at the &quot;Banfang Restaurant&quot; on the same street).
⑥ Stir-fried wild vegetables with minced garlic. In fact, it is the water celery we have eaten, but it is not wild and the stems are thinner. It is recommended to stir-fry it with dried tofu, because the addition of minced garlic will cover up the unique fragrance of water celery.
⑦ Bamboo fungus and shredded pork soup. The first time I saw bamboo fungus was in Wuyi Mountain, and I liked it since then. It is very flavorful to use it to make soup. But the soup made by the store is not ideal. There are two problems. One is that the shredded pork cannot be cut smoothly, and the other is that the shredded pork should be stir-fried with raw flour paste (or mixed with cooked oil) and then stir-fried before boiling.
⑧ Stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots. ⑨ Stir-fried river snails. ⑩ Cat&#39;s claw mushroom. I personally think these dishes are too simple, there is nothing to recommend, just try them.

I happened to see a young chicken being sold on the street, so I bought it and asked the store to process it (this is not the way to eat it in the local area). The owner&#39;s mother slaughtered and cooked it herself. The first hole was well made, which was really great and satisfying.

This one was recommended by the owner of the B&amp;B in Wuyi Mountain. It is about 500 meters away from our B&amp;B. It is decorated in a farmhouse style. There is a waterwheel at the door and a small row of tea trees, which highlight the characteristics of Wuyi Mountain.

Purple potato cakes are chewy, not sweet or greasy, and very delicious. We came here three times and ordered it every time.

Old duck soup looks very oily on the surface, but it is actually very light. The duck meat is cooked very soft. It is a huge pot and I can&#39;t eat it at all.

The pork trotter is his specialty. The meat is very crispy and tasty. The proprietress especially recommends the rice crackers in it, which are actually rice noodles, but not so amazing.

Stir-fried mushrooms, the mushrooms are round and small, very fragrant, one bite at a time, and the chopsticks can&#39;t stop.

Steamed red-eye fish, it is said to be a local specialty fish. I specially picked a live fish to steam. The fish meat is very chewy and delicious.

Fried tofu, the tofu skin is fried fragrant and crispy. The elderly with bad teeth also like this dish.

Bamboo fungus soup, fresh and large bamboo fungus, add some shredded meat to cook the soup. Bamboo fungus has a bit of medicinal smell, and people who are used to eating it love this tonic soup.

The dishes here are very large, each plate is twice the size of Shanghai, and the price-performance ratio is good.

On the second night of my trip to Wuyishan, I chose this restaurant. There are no small tables, but there are large tables for ten people, which is more suitable for large groups or groups to dine. However, the store did not bully the two of us for dining, and was still very enthusiastic and serious. Be polite. We both ordered three dishes and one soup: stir-fried shrimp with chili pepper, braised yellowtail fish, stir-fried water spinach and vegetarian lotus root ball soup (originally made from braised lotus root balls). The dishes are fresh and the cooking skills and taste are satisfactory.
