One of the best lunches I have had for a long time in Spain. Great service from a nice, polite and friendly man who was obviously aware of how important it is to welcome diners with the right amount of attention and enthusiasm! A great attitude! A nice friendly vibe in an unpretentious restaurant! We were both delighted with our experience and my 12 year old son and myself were not only impressed with the food, which is one of the few restaurants which caters for certain ingredient intolerances but also the relaxing atmosphere and professionalism! The waiter was also fluent in English! Fantastic! I wish I could find more places like this! Thanks a million!

It was great to finally find barnacles. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We loved the food, ambience and location.

We eat a splendid rice from the se&ntilde;oret, we think it is very recommendable for quality / price.

We made a reservation at 8:00am but the place did not open until 8:10 am. Then nothing was ready yet; tables still standing inside etc. Vegan Pancakes were nice. Coffee was bad. We got a free orange juice which was very much appreciated.

Whilst we were in Valencia we ate here 4 times and on each occasion the food and service was excellent as were the wines. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Florenzia who went out of her way to ensure we had everything that we wanted. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and we will return, hopefully next year.

I am not sure why some of the other reviews are not great, but I went here twice in one week because I was &#39;service starved&#39;. Not only is the service prompt, friendly, and timely, but the food was tasty and delicious! The staff did there very best with out limited Spanish skills. I will go back again before I leave Valencia!

Great diversity of tapas. Good food, wine and good service. Eating with the locals. We loved the croquetas espinaca and the salmon ahumado. Great gazpacho!
