The first dinner after arriving in Urumqi was chosen here, Silk Road Appointment, the most popular restaurant in Urumqi. It happened to be Eid al-Adha, and the waiting line was one and a half hours.
The roasted lamb leg was cut into large pieces, the skin was crispy and the meat was tender, and it must be eaten while it was hot; the shape of the baked buns was different from those sold on the street, and the appearance was super high. The lamb was delicious, and the crayfish filling was unique, so you must try it; the ice cream was especially suitable for taking pictures; the yogurt rice dumplings were delicious and beautiful.
The open kitchen was very fashionable, and the waiters were all polite and hospitable. There was a fat minister who was particularly enthusiastic, introduced the dishes in detail, and helped us pay quickly on the phone.
