For dinner, the tape of the front dish tastes tender and sweet, the oysters are very fresh, the main dishes of beef and salmon are a bit hot, and they are out of standard. Desserts coconut lime cheesecake and chocolate souffl, you can give 7.5 points. The food is very slow tonight, it is estimated that it is full, but fortunately the service ecology is good, it looks like Russell Crowe[ cute]

This is the restaurant introduced to me by local friends. Near the ring pier, it is also a must-see for seafood lovers. The food is absolutely top-notch. The staff service here is very attentive. Overall, if there is a chance, I will come again.

🍴 Last time I came here, I had the truffle menu. As the seasons change, the sweetest ingredients of the season are always on the table. This season, let&#39;s leave it to the sea urchin to satisfy our taste buds. 👏 Uni Hash is super delicious. It&#39;s small but has distinct flavors. My colleagues&#39; sandwiches are great, but I love the fried chicken Indonesian fried noodles that I ordered the most. It&#39;s really delicious when coated with egg liquid. ​

This Spanish restaurant in the CBD is one of my favorites, not for anything else, but mainly for the delicious food! I especially recommend their steak with mushrooms on the bone, and pork neck. I will never get rid of my love for pork in my life!

朋友带我从歌剧院步行10分钟，到了位于岩石区的悉尼香格里拉酒店36层的Blu Bar。那里有悉尼颜值最高的调酒师，用最娴熟的技艺，调制出满足你挑剔味蕾的各式鸡尾酒。在Blu Bar，有个新鲜的词叫&ldquo;Liquid Physics&rdquo;，就是客人可以眼见整个调酒充满激情和运动的全过程，像是回到调酒和酒吧盛行且随心所欲的美国二十年代。上图这款名酒叫&ldquo;Clockwork Old Fashioned&rdquo; ，用百里香调和陈年金万利酒、黑樱桃利口酒、添加了橘子和柠檬皮的百加得奥罗酒，最后加入零陵香薰草和桂皮肉。不过，说实话喝起来有点中药的味道，估计是我不大喜欢里面太浓烈的酒精和香薰草和桂皮肉的混合吧。装盛酒的容器不是酒具而是茶壶，它怎么看也不像是鸡尾酒，倒是像我们熟悉的果茶。所以说，要透过现象看本质嘛。其实这是Blu Bar最新推出的一款鸡尾酒Nectar of the Orient, 新到还没来得及放进酒单里，调酒师和鸡尾酒的制作过程还有最后呈现都相当酷炫，里面还加入了中国元素&ldquo;绿茶&rdquo;。最后，客人自己将装在壶里的酒倒入杯中，这款酒喝起来有芒果的香味，还夹杂着绿茶的清新

My friend took me to walk 10 minutes from the Opera House to Blu Bar on the 36th floor of Shangri-La Hotel Sydney in the Rocks. There are the most beautiful bartenders in Sydney, who use the most skilled techniques to mix all kinds of cocktails to satisfy your discerning taste buds. At Blu Bar, there is a new word called &quot;Liquid Physics&quot;, which means that guests can see the whole process of mixing cocktails with passion and movement, like returning to the 1920s in the United States when mixing cocktails and bars were popular and free-spirited. The famous wine in the picture above is called &quot;Clockwork Old Fashioned&quot;. It uses thyme to mix aged Grand Marnier, black cherry liqueur, Bacardi Oro with orange and lemon peel, and finally adds tonka vanilla and cinnamon. However, to be honest, it tastes a bit like Chinese medicine. I guess I don&#39;t like the mixture of too strong alcohol and vanilla and cinnamon.
The container for holding the wine is not a wine set but a teapot. It doesn&#39;t look like a cocktail at all, but it looks like the fruit tea we are familiar with. So, we should see the essence through the phenomenon. In fact, this is Blu Bar&#39;s latest cocktail, Nectar of the Orient. It is so new that it has not yet been put on the menu. The bartender, the cocktail making process and the final presentation are all quite cool, and the Chinese element &quot;green tea&quot; is added to it. Finally, the guests pour the wine in the pot into the glass. This wine tastes like mango and the freshness of green tea.

The Blu Bar was a fantastic  experience and great value for money,  I booked the &#39;Trust the Chef&#39; menu and requested a window table  and Blu Bar did not disappoint on either count! Amazing view and the food was superb.  Can&#39;t wait to go back!

This store needs to be reserved. It is a western restaurant that locals in Sydney often come to. The old building is very stylish inside. The dishes are rich, fish and chips, roast chicken wings, and Australian red wine. The service is first class!

Australian heritage hotel. I originally booked another hotel, but they said they didn&#39;t want to work on Labor Day. This restaurant has been around since 1824. It&#39;s a bar, and you order at the bar. It&#39;s got a nice atmosphere. I ordered vegetable salad, steak, Tasmanian honey chicken wings, and Queensland pizza. Except for the overcooking, everything else was good.
