My favorite restaurant. Excellent for elegant dining It is upscale. Fairly priced for the quality Not for childen. Couples, friends, or business. Brunch, lunch, or dinner. Not good for a hurried meal

Delicious lunch entree with unbelievable best price. Clean atmosphere, decorated with paintings for sale from local artists. Here are what we have: Very fresh fish prepared to seduce your taste buds. Perfect in every way. PAN ROASTED SCOTTISH SALMON, quinoa salad, blistered shishito peppers and squash, tomato vinaigrette 14 RAINBOW TROUT AMANDINE, roasted potatoes, haricot vert, exotic mushrooms, toasted almond brown butter sauce 13 The cooking is sure comparable or even exceeds The French Laundry at Napa Valley. Price-wise it costs only a fraction.

First, the servers are excellent: capable, quiet young women (who do not call their guests &quot;you guys&quot;) who are competent, capable and on the ball. They are a key part of what makes Sage a success. Everything moves smoothly, quietly, AND without constant interruption. Food is excellent. I LOVE sweetbreads, especially fried, and you can&#39;t find them in many places in Florida - and Sage does them well. Good stuff comes from the bar - especially my ever-loved bourbon manhattan. Wines by the glass are interesting and good. And the fish dishes are excellent. Atmosphere is really pleasant - not fancy but softly lit, good-sized tables, and QUIET, thank God. We&#39;d go back to Sage in a heart-beat.

My friends and I went to Sage today for my birthday lunch. It has always been one of my favorite places. Upon first bite of my friend&#39;s. tomato soup, she bit into a roach. It was so gross. The poor server was mortified and apologized but the chef and management were a no show. They did not have the decency to walk out and apologize to us. I can&#39;t describe enough how disgusting this experience was not only because of the roach but also because of the complete lack of response from management. Needless to say, we left and had lunch elsewhere My advice is to stay away from Sage.
