I had a delicious 8 course meal with wine pairings. Each course was from very good to outstanding. The wine pairings were excellent. We were visiting Canberra from the US. On the previous night we had dined at Temporada, Courgette and Eighty Six. However, if we could go back and choose again it would be Lantern Room.

The service was amazing, very responsive and everything was good. Always came to refill water. The waiter made sure we knew what we were eating. Wow, everything was so unique and not a single dish was bland. Most dishes had creative twists. You are taken underground to a private and cozy place. There was some background music, very quiet, a nice intimate place. Everything was great. Would definitely recommend going back. Don&#39;t go on weekends or be prepared to pay for a weekend.
