I went to Shanghang, Longyan for a bit of fun during the National Day holiday. I felt that Hakkazi had a good reputation, so I came here for dinner. I went there a little late, and many dishes I wanted to order were out of stock. The braised lion's head actually had egg yolk in it, and the size was also very large and tasted very good. The shredded radish clam soup was very fresh and sweet, and the clam meat had a crisp taste. It tasted even better with the radish. I drank several bowls in one breath. The bamboo shoots were fried with pickled cabbage, and the bamboo shoots were very tender. I wanted to eat them again after eating them. I highly recommend it because they were sold out in an instant. Stream fish should be a specialty of Longyan. I ate at several restaurants that had stream fish, which was also delicious. The rice cakes and tofu were not served for a long time. I asked several times, and finally they said they were out of stock. This was a bit of a poor service, or maybe it was because the business was too good during the National Day holiday. Also, the tea here is a bit special. I heard from my friends that it was soaked in black beans. Overall it's okay, I would recommend it to people who are going to Longyan for tourism.
