Seoul Signeir Hotel has two Michelin one-star restaurants, French Stay and Korean Bicena, both located on the 81st floor of the hotel. Because I tried modern Korean food at the Hajj Palace, I tried French restaurant Stay in Signeir. The restaurant has high floor heights and can see the sunset view of the Han River. The three double tables in front are the best location for the restaurant. Because the hotel&#39;s executive lounge provides four free champagne drinks for each guest in a happy hour, I specially made an appointment for dinner late. When I arrived at 8 o&#39;clock, there was just a table with the best view. I was lucky to sit in a good location.
